MS Word Sections with different Headers and Footers

Tried everything, including the MS Word help page, reddit, and even a few other videos. This is the first time anyone's ever explained it clearly and easily. You have saved me a lawsuit when I inevitably took a page out of another commenter's book and threw my computer out the window. Thank you very much!
