Great start to the year with the virtual spine Ben, on course for the 5000km for the year! The YMCA sounds an excellent little event on your home trails. Im guessing you'll have YMCA on repeat in the headphones as your training anthem 😀 Love the idea of the Greensand Way 100, fundraising for a good cause and doing it with a group of mates will be great fun. Will have a look at those dates in October, would be great to come run a section with you 😀

Brilliant news (re March) , sounds like you will have a lot of fun.. October closer to the time I will contribute . Wether I can get down there will depends on the holidays / train options etc . But we shall see.

Yeah all the mud is adding another level of endurance these days ... I did a 24k trail race last week and it felt like twice that with all the 🎶slip sliding away!!!🎶😂 Exhausting !! You sure know what you'll be in for on the Y2Y though, so will you go for a PB?? The Greensand Way 100 sounds amazing, Ben... maybe even one or two of the other running TH-camrs will join you!!🙋🏻♀
We hadn't had that much rain prior to that day so I was shocked to find so much mud along that section Bev. I don't think I will be going for a PB on the Y2Y currently because I have a few niggles but if I am feeling good on the day we will see what happens. I am hoping that a few big names will join us for the GSW too. 😎🤘

Yeah I thought it was time that I did something to help and support the people that I am close to that have been effected and I know you have been touched by it too mate.
