I've been watching a lot of guitar vids and yours are paced perfectly and the content is useful , don't change , thank you for being you.
Can I ask you something
Love this
As a beginner this video was enormously inspirational and excellent in terms of clarity.
I'm a guitar beginner here. My first exercise would be to grow my nails, just kidding :)
I really enjoyed your video and I also saw your book on the web. Congrats.
I'd like to buy it for my iPad so I can notate some Chords on top of the exercises with my iPad pencil. I wouldn't do that in a real book.
Question: When I buy it, will I get it in a digital PDF format for my iPad, or will be as paperback?
Thanks
Thank you. I'm 71 and just started lessons. I'm enjoying my journey.
You got this!
Forgot to mention. I met Segovia in Germany around 1977. We conversed for about 30 minutes. I was discouraged when he told me he practiced every day 4 to 7 hours!!
Thank you. You motivated me.I have a guitar since 1999. Now I will start.
It is because of people like you, those who like sharing their knowledge to all, that too without charging anything, that I still have faith in humanity. Thank you dear angel.
Thanks for the exercises!
Here are some time stamps for reminders what to do when practicing
(do watch the whole video for full explanation!)
Right hand
balancing (i-a, m-a, i-m) 1:32
string changing (i-a, m-a, i-m) 2:34

Left hand

Thanks so much ❤
You're an angel!
Thanks for taking the time to make our practice routine more pleasant

I pick 2 exercises every week and work on them for 20min at the beginning of my daily practice. I like the simplicity of this approach to guitar.
This is brilliant. All the exercises are relevant short cuts to whatever style of music you prefer: classical, rock, metal, jazz etc. But as with all 'technique' exercises - never forget the ears. Let the ears in on every note or sequence of notes played, because it teaches the ears the subtle nuances important when performing or composing. Every note sends a single message, every sequence of notes sends a sentence, every nuance alters the meaning of the sentence. So never ever forget the ears when practising. Lots of love, Bea, for a brilliant video. Wish there'd been a guitar tutor like you when I wanted to learn to play the guitar.
I super appreciate your detailed explanations and exactness 🙏🤗
Hi!,you are an amazing teacher, thank you Beatrix
Thank you for your work on teaching this to all of us. I appreciate it very much!
Your enthusiasm tward guitar is infectious. Thank you.
I am not a classical player, but I will incorporate these exercises to my routine on steel string; I feel like it's going to boost accuracy and speed especially on my left hand (right handed) because I don't like using a plectrum when playing, I need to feel the strings :)
Thank you so much for the free lesson maestro!
I do the same. A lot of my technique I learned from classical guitar teachers. Definitely gives my steel string playing a unique sound.
Perfect timing on this one. Grateful. Thank you.
Thank you 🙏🙏🙏 this is the best guitar lesson I’ve ever had or seen online.
This is amazing! You are amazing! It sounds so fast, but you are clearly using technique to play super fast, but at a comfortable pace. Its so awesome. Like a controlled chaos. I cant decide which is more beautiful, you, or the music you make. ❤ thank you!
You are such a lovely teacher❤
Thanks a lot! That's impressive how much you teach in a single video. Compliments! And thanks again. 🙏🏾

These are nice technical exercises. Thank you for your great educational videos. 🙏 🌹
Very usefully!
merci beaucoup pour votre vidéo
Very good exercises even for non-classical players, thank you.
these are high level exercises even though they appear really basic at first, but they build precision and control which is near impossible to reach with just casual playing. Thank you
Omg love this video perfect in what I been wanting to learn playing with my nails thank you beatrix!!!
I'm so happy to hear that! Hope this video will help you to improve a lot!
Beautiful video, thanks for posting!
Glad you enjoyed it!
That's me! That's me! " Aspiring musician." One day. I was looking around your Etsy store. People that can take greasy, colored oils and smear them around on canvas, and make beautiful artwork are truly blessed.
Thank you for good lessons,,,,
Wow... great... cheers from Canada...toooooo difficult to learn after playing with a Pick for 40 years!!!
I do electric guitar exercises and I use two of your exercises. I use the chromatic scale and I use the two note ascending scale, but I do all finger combinations. I use many forms of chromatic sequences and extensive arpeggio exercises. You provided an excellent video. Awesome
Beautiful class time!
I'll try them. They look very good. Thanks a lot.
Thank you so much
AMAZING 🥰
excellent minimalistic approach. i have been playing classical for decades, mostly 3 hrs a day, but never really practiced exercises. you video has inspired me to dedicate time to it. i now think it will be most helpful. thanks.
Am the only one

*gracias amiga*
Love your style.
This is the first time someone teach me the right techniq for both hands, but specially the right hand. Thank you Beatrix!❤
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you for your best instruction ….
What a surprise! I'm used to practice on a daily basis (steel strings) and never heard of these exercises. I'm used to fingerpicking, but it seems these exercises you introduce will enable me to raise my level (I only play guitar for 4+ years now but eager to improve), so thanks for posting this, I'll incorporate what I see in my daily practice.
This also helps for electric guitar , thanks .
You are Amaysing.. Meeegaaaaa Goody Teacher❤
oh, thanks so much, this is gonna help me a lot!
Thank you for creating such amazing content and sharing with music enthusiasts.
Thank you for your kind comment!
Thank you for taking the time to help others learn guitar. I make beats mainly on my laptop using a midi controller keyboard. I realized that most of the music I hear in my musical imagination, sounds like a r&b, blues, gospel, neo soul guitar player. These exercises and your teaching style, will help me manifest what I hear in my musical imagination. Keep up the great work! Peace an blessings to you and your family.
The exercises are available for patrons to download as a pdf to make it easier to follow along the video. The pdf is including sheet music, tabs and explanation on each exercises. I'm trying to learn Erik Satie's Gymnopedie currently. I really appreciate the highlighting exercise for this piece in particular. It's really interesting how important that seemingly subtle technique is for that piece.
I am from Timor Leste love your channel ❤❤❤🇹🇱🇹🇱🇹🇱🇹🇱🖐️🤝💪
Hello Beatrix. You did a great job of distilling classical guitar technique down to a few essential exercises. I’ve shared the link with several of my students. Thank you for what you do.
