Thanks for watching! This was super challenging for us but we LOVE the results. Don't be afraid to challenge yourself! If you want to join our community on Facebook and/or Discord, there are links in the description!
This turned out SO cool! Hard to believe the house is just cardboard! It's looks so great! The hot glue tombstones were a great idea too! Would dig to see more dioramas in the future!
That hot glue tombstone idea blew my mind! It makes so much sense, but I never thought to use hot glue in those silicone molds. Wayyy cheaper than resin!
You two are unbelievable. Your craftsmanship is 10/10. This project, and how it demonstrates that something lovely and complete can be made from a pile of random objects goes a long way to demonstrate the true sprit of Halloween! The icing on the cake was using the mailer box!
i JUST finished watching your haunted doll house makeover! perfect timing! that one was sooo incredible, can’t wait to see this one!!!! been binging you guys, thanks for putting and keeping us in the spooky season spirit 👻
Oh wow! I love this! Its so cute. Yes more of this. I was trying to think of a way to make a stone like urn you normally put a small tree or flowers in on your porch in front of your house. But have a human head coming out and dead flowers, branches, succulents, ivy growing out too...ideas?
Don't worry about bubbles in your window glass. Back when this cottage was built, probably 100-150 years ago maybe even longer, the glass would have had a few bubbles in because it was all hand made.
For me You two, you have won this challenge with a 10+. Because you have used every part of the box and his included stuff. Your challenger picked only the past he could use.
The use of the foil ball for texture on the foam insulation was great. It takes me back a few years to using a tealight candle, and metal sculpting tools to do the same. Well done.
Love it! That was a lot of work, but worth it. And “YES please” to your question of more dioramas. Shadow boxes and Book Nooks too! I love those little magical worlds. Thanks for sharing your ideas and talent
You guys remind me of a team building exercise I had to do a few years back. The teams had to figure out how to make a ping pong ball not roll away from a height. I figured out how to use tape on the ball and we won. It’s fun to be given random stuff and figure out how to turn it into something else. I’m constantly amazed at your creativity. I’ll be going to the other channel to see what he did with the stuff you sent him. I enjoy seeing the miniature dioramas so keep em coming!
“We’re going to make a haunted house.” Because of course you are, you’re the Wicked Makers! Loved that you used the actual cardboard box to great effect!
So very cool... makes me want to make one... I have a cardboard box... uh... on second thought, that was a lot of work, but it is soooo cool. I like the witch walking past that window... so very creative you guys!
Wow! As always, you two didn't skip any details and made something that looks incredible! I also think you lead the video with one of the best pieces of advice for artists and it's sometimes best to sleep on an idea!
I loved this video! Seeing the brainstorming process the two of you went through was great. Have seen the finished image on the TH-cam page I did not expect the cardboard build. Great surprise for me.
Amazing! You guys continuously surprise me with your creativity. I had no idea you could make molds with hot glue and those window panes…outstanding. Can’t wait to try some of this out!
Aaaah! It turned out so well! I love these videos they're so inspiring! I can't wait to try some stuff out with the stuff I have lying around at home. I'd be so keen to see more of these projects with your other content.
This was an awesome video! It was genius thinking of using the shipping box as the house! It doesn’t even look like cardboard at the end! You might of tried to salvage 1-2 gummy bears, mod podge them into gummy bear zombies, because technically you failed the challenge by not using them. Anyway, the witch reminds me of what the kid did in Home Alone. That was cool and I love the little ghost coming out the chimney! Thanks for sharing
This was AWESOME! I LOOOOVE Halloween and I LOOOOOOVE haunted houses/witches houses!!! Would LOVE to see a 6 foot tall, multi story haunted house.....with moving figures, ghosts, goblins, witches, black cats, and all that other fun stuff!!!
Late to this video but i would LOVE to see more miniature stuff from you guys!! This turned out incredible :D I've been on a huge kick of watching people create miniature houses and rooms, it would be so cool to see you guys create something from a video game! Like a Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria or one of the rooms from Poppy Playtime
Y’all. I love you so much. You’re so inspiring and this was the epitome of how good you are at taking something from “yeah, it’s a thing” to “holy cow, that’s awesome!”
These videos have been absolutely inspiring! Not just on ideas, but materials too as so much of this was inexpensive - XPS foam is relatively very pricey in the UK, as are foam pumpkins as people here just aren't quite into Halloween as much as they are in the states. BUT noodles, sponges, cardboard etc giving me ideas.
I love your attention to detail. Great video. At least you didn’t have the time frame to complete your haunted house like on Chopped. I also love how the two of you do things by trial and error. 👍🏼😊
Great job you 2. I've seen DIY using jars or foam in mini house decor making. I could see maybe some vines off the roof, and a cauldron with dry ice in the future.
What a fun idea this was. You all did such a great job with the challenge and honestly I think this little house project is one of your best creations yet. Love the creativity. 👻👍
BEAUTIFUL!!! you guys NEVER fail to impress me. our family is BIG on halloween and love going all out when we can. I have been binging your videos and I have gotten SO SO SO much inspiration! thank you for doing what you do and making me love halloween even more!!
i discovered your channel last year and have been so inspired ever since! i loved this video as it seems like a great family project for Halloween! our project so far this year we have skeleton spiders and we have added flowers and jeweled spiders to give it a unique look.
Hey! Ya'll do everything amazing. I appreciate everything ya'll do. I think I finally watched every video you have made and posted. All I have to say is keep up the fantastic work.....keep on keeping on
The pc of wood you are calling a Stair Topper is called a Finial. It goes on end of a curtain rod currently like the one you have there. They did use them on the apex of roof, canopy, or on the top newel post. Like you are thinking of. It looks great, love the lighting.
Thanks for watching! This was super challenging for us but we LOVE the results. Don't be afraid to challenge yourself!

Early and I have been begging to decorate my house for Halloween and I have been jealous
Will you purchase a skeleton and make a mummy from it?
Love your videos
Your lil gummy bear amalgamation looked like a gummy bear! Just sayin' 😂
It’s crazy how both you and Derek went from some random things to a full on diorama or pumpkin doll! It’s amazing! Y’all are awesome!
Right?! It was so fun!
Literallly ! I am amazed by how creative they are !
@@WickedMakers You guys are so underrated You deserve 1 Million subs more than me and yes I’m a smaller content creator
This turned out SO cool! Hard to believe the house is just cardboard! It's looks so great!
The hot glue tombstones were a great idea too!
Would dig to see more dioramas in the future!
Ok!!! Thanks
That hot glue tombstone idea blew my mind! It makes so much sense, but I never thought to use hot glue in those silicone molds. Wayyy cheaper than resin!
Yes!!!!!
The tombstones looked alright coming out of the mold, but the paint job took them to another level!
Such a great idea!
Did you need to treat the hot glue after it had set, before you painted it? Did you use an acrylic wash on them?
You two are unbelievable. Your craftsmanship is 10/10. This project, and how it demonstrates that something lovely and complete can be made from a pile of random objects goes a long way to demonstrate the true sprit of Halloween! The icing on the cake was using the mailer box!
Thank you, Michael! 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼
Great job! If you're a true crafter, playing with cardboard boxes never gets old! Can't wait to see what Derek did with his!
Thanks!!!
Per favore fate ancora video come questo 😍 mi piace molto la vostra fantasia creativa 🖤

Perfect!! That’s great! 🤘🏼😄
@@WickedMakers update: this one is INCREDIBLE. u guys always blow my mind!
Well this was insane! The paintjob and other accessories etc took the project to another level!
Wow what a challenge! Very cool I think that’s the one of the only things that could be done! Good job.
Thank you!!!
Oh wow! I love this! Its so cute. Yes more of this. I was trying to think of a way to make a stone like urn you normally put a small tree or flowers in on your porch in front of your house. But have a human head coming out and dead flowers, branches, succulents, ivy growing out too...ideas?

My daughter and I love your shows. Please do more of the mini cardboard houses.
Ok!!! Thank you 😄😄
Great roof.light and witch rotation.

Haha thanks 🤘🏼😄 Derek sent us the gummy bears to eat so we ate them.
The hubby and I LOVED this collab! Any plans on doing a reaction to each other's videos or doing another one of these before Halloween?
Yes! Please, each channel, comment on each project. Do another swap box, please!!
Awesome idea!!!
I agree, each side should do a short reaction video commentary on the other side's build.
New subscriber here absolutely love your haunted house!! How fun. Great job!!!
So amazing. I love the tombstones you made from the mold and hot glue. 🖤
Yes more miniatures please! The hot glue in the silicone mold is genius!
It is just amazing to me what and how you transform things into and from to create unique masterpieces.
I so wanna make this!! 😂 It's soooo coooooooollllllll!!! 😍 Ain't got the right parts tho 🥲🤣

Cool diorama! I'd make the cat black, though. Can't be synonymous with Witches than a nice black cat!
This was so cool! Yes definitely do more diorama building, I love that stuff, and you're really good at it.
Great job you 2. I've seen DIY using jars or foam in mini house decor making. I could see maybe some vines off the roof, and a cauldron with dry ice in the future.
