If you wanna learn the language of chechen that is used today. You are totally wrong here. This is shakes Speer poetry. I dont understand 14% of what is said.
And plus you are not gonna learn chechen easily. It has a totally different structure. It is close to arabic,türkish and somehow chese but also totally different. It's wierd. It's almost a dead language just learn Arabic (better ways to learn)

because they are not from the same family Chechen is from the subgroup vainakh from the group nakh from the family Nakh-dagestanian But russian is from the subgroup east Slavic from the group Slavic from the indo European family
Chechen is Northeastern Caucasian language while Russian is Slavic/Indo-European. That means that Russian has more to do with Spanish, Nepali or Persian since all that languages descend from a common ancestor while it has absolutely no connection to Chechen
