One thing I would say to the Crons idea, if it was setup the same way PA does the CM then it wouldn't be able to be used for RMT since PA controls who the orders go to. If on the CM or similar market. You could list an outfit set, for X Crons to X Crons and another player like in the CM can pay that amount or put down a pre-order. (I believe PA has a way of dodging 1 order preorder RMT) This also gives a way for the less expensive outfit sets to be sold again since end game players can need 100k+ of Crons but not silver and new or F2P players have less of a need for Crons and will never get 100k Crons through free play (I think) but could trade 10k Crons saved up from events and logins for a few outfits. ( Might be the only player in BDO wanting this, and that's fair but I can't help want but f2p players to have access to the fashion of the game more since it's such a big thing. ) This would be an alternative to spending the 3m to buy a cron that might be more community focused "sharing the wealth" in a way. I think you still keep the silver options on CM, but leave it up to the outfit owner to decide if they want Crons, Silver, or an Outfit.
Not every class needs to do all the things as well as every other class. Some classes shine in one big moment, and others shine via consistency, utility, or a number of other ways. Make 200% a PvE skill. The last thing bdo needs is a homogenized meta where everyone is just spamming nukes and irradiating HP bars.
I think blue's take on the 200% is pretty oof. If the 200% is going to exist, then the 200% should feel relevant for every class. If a class is "super meta" and giving it a 200% makes it clearly stand out as a selection, it's just an indicator that PA should bring that class in line with the others either via nerfs to it or buffs to the other classes. If the "strategy" is 'alright lets try and have one of our 4 zerkers 200% for every push because it clearly will wipe them' then it's not much of a strategy. Also, give us the node war changes - politics and setting up fights are cringe af and I'd rather take my chances in a roulette. Even if the changes turn out to be bad, at least they are trying something. It's better than sitting there in the current garbage node war system expecting it to just be magically better overnight. I'd rather keep an open mind and experiment with new systems than engage in the current one.

Blue i didn't make 2 mistakes, i am just a 200% andy, and PA will reward me for that. Also i think you worry too much about the BSR rework, they said "viable", i doubt it will be zerker level, just look at the succ valk 200%, there is quite the gap between that and the zerker 200% for them to improve things.
If we wanted to make 200% useful for PVE they could just add a 30min Monster Dmg Buff that goes past ap caps making it useful to use when you start a grind and half way in leaving pvp unchanged. Maybe even making Tungrad viable as BIS PVE gear.
I think the way to make 200% good in PVE is to just make a new one. New one doesn't do as much upfront damage as the original, instead being focused on PVE. Have it give like a 10 minute buff with a 15 minute cooldown. The buffs could be unique things like Succ Corsair being allowed to spam Mermaid skills while they're on cooldown(SA, guards, CCs only work when it's off cooldown), but it would probably need to reduce the base PVP ratio of your skills while the buff is active.
Got a suggestion/idea. It always annoys me that there is no in game ranking system for guilds based on performance/activity across different categories (life skill, Node wars, blitz bosses, Mob kills count etc) that could help tackle multiple issues including node wars matching. It would create a competitive environment for guilds across multiple areas in the game and motivate guild’s leaders and members to push for higher rankings in whatever they enjoy. It would not solve everything right away but with supplemental systems that can relay on that ranking system it can i think.
WoW gave me a ton of reasons to play but the gameplay stopped being fun due to homogenization. It began to feel too much like "yes anyone can do it, BUT they are better at everything else so its clearly your job". This lead to a cyclical blame game of "whose fault is it this time" and the now toxic beyond belief community. Balance doesn't mean giving everyone everything, it means giving everyone a seat at the table, whether it be for damage, utility, defense, etc..
I wish we had less caps to worry about. Just make 1 system and apply that to everything, from t1 to t4 to capped sieges to AoS. Just have 1 system and then balance pvp around that 1 system so it isnt leaning to heavily towards a few OP classes and a ton of straight up useless ones that do 0 damage coz of monster damage reduction and half your damage being "pets". Also would like to say, i really prefer the slightly tankier caps like in t1. I fully believe t1 caps could be the most competitive content in BDO if it had proper rewards, something about being tanky meaning you are required to play as a team instead of tryna 1vGuild with everything being 1shots.

Your the first person to complain about people griefing you in rotations and “harassing” you but have no problem with ruining node wars for others by allying constantly with other guilds and zerging other small guilds so they can’t participate all week. New node war looks interesting, less complicated, so much simpler than traditional node war, i believe we gonna have more people doing node war because you only one hit festa for 1 hour or less depend on your victory, and you can do other stuff after that. looks like a big W. just give the play affected by the 200% some kind of "buff" like archwizard teleport, the branded player will get reduced dmg if someone trying to slam the 200 again within duration, could be 30 mins, or whatever

Ok simple solution for node wars , make all guilds equal in stats, dont matter if you have played bdo 7 years or 1 year no one gets top gear,all guilds during a war get the equal gear, then skills will matter not ur gear. and if u forget ur flag you lose immediately!! also have a GM monitor the wars if a guild is being stupid like Vessel then the GM can stop the war decide who won,,ez pz Blue
I think 200 % bsr AND Elvia skills should be usable. Give them purposes and not set conditions. Please. I need my ninja awak 200%. I think in pve it should be gained by certain mobs in rotation. And Elvia skills should be acquired upon reaching Elvia.
