Your Hands were really close to that bit! It would work Easier to place plastic plate on a Work table- drill right through! Even a Large nail and a Hammer would work! I worked in a Metal shop! Be Safe❤️

A bit of sandpaper to clean up around the holes you drilled. Looked like a bit of loose plastic. Otherwise, great build
