      Same! I got one from my mother that looks almost exactly the same. I think the cut is so flattering(and the material is something I havent seen in modern clothes).

    • @mmmmmmmmaria
      @mmmmmmmmaria ปีที่แล้ว +12

      my grandma was born in 1944 and she's 79 so if her grandma is younger that checks out perfectly well for her grandma's parents to have gotten married in the 50s. i think your situation is out of the norm here

    • @irmura.m
      @irmura.m ปีที่แล้ว +7

      @@mmmmmmmmaria haha well could be, I feel like were I live we usually have children later in life compared to the US (also my great grandma was born at the end of the 19th century, but it's not that funny if you specify)

    • @aShadeBolder
      @aShadeBolder ปีที่แล้ว +12

      if she's descended from the firstborn of each generation, and her great grandma was married in the early 50s & started having kids pretty quickly, it works out. lets say great grandma had her grandparent in 1953, that child is about 70. lets say her grandparent was 25 when they had her parent, that would make her parent 45. if her parent was also 25-ish, that would make her about 20 (I'm bad at estimating ages, but that could be accurate?).
      alternatively, 2nd marriages happen.
      (it seemed weird to me too. I'm fairly sure my youngest great grandparents got married in the 1920s and the oldest in maybe the 1870s. but I'm 35 and from a family where firstborns generally happen later)

    • @idek7438
      @idek7438 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      My great grandma was born in 1922 and got married and had a child in like 1940. And I'm 24
      My great grandma was the only one who had children so early. My grandma was born in 1940, my dad in 1970 and I in 1999
