In honesty, I actually like Windblade's character in her IDW stories, being an admirable figure of compassion on a Cybertron with wounds unhealed. The fact that the character was made by TF fans makes her more interesting. Her appearance in the CW cartoon was done wastefully.

Windblade’s only crappy in Combiner Wars. She’s ok-great in every other story she’s in.
In this continuity I found her to be quite unpleasant, she was mean and complained a lot. In IDW she was a total champ though. Loved her 😀

The Combiner Wars cartoon was popular? With who? Its been bashed by everyone I know in the TF community. Which one do YOU belong to?
CUniverse Apparently Combiner Wars was a big hit with the Facebook "fans" (unbearable lot, absolutely rabid haters of anything not G1 based).
I liked CW, in fact, also the rest of the Prime Wars trilogy. I'm the type of fan who likes all things Transformers including the movies, Beast Wars, the Unicron Trilogy and Animated. All except Kiss Players... cringe.

CW was made for Beast Wars/TFA twats; so, naturally it made no sense and is beloved by fans who generally like nonsensical crap. Personally, it has no canonical significance.

I absolutely loved Prime's and Megs' dialogs, they were perfect and I nearly choked at "and they were repainted and resold at least 3 times each xD

Loved this parody, pure brilliance. Love how you made Windblade kinda like Larry from Pinky and the Brain (as in constantly introducing herself) and was anyone else put off by Windblade's mouth in this? It looked like an old wooden puppet's mouth. But this video was the only good thing to come out of the utter fart that was Machinima's Combiner Wars.

Haha, this was so much more entertaining than the original version. The original's plot was very loose and sketchy to begin with. This took that into account and just made it a fun, goofy parody, which is almost what is was to begin with. Just on a side note, Windblade COULD be a pretty good character if they would flesh her story out a little better.
