Disney Cruise Adventure: Exploring the Azores, Lisbon, Cadiz & Cartagena

In May of 2024, we embarked on our second-ever transatlantic cruise aboard the Disney Dream, this time traveling Eastbound from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to Barcelona, Spain.
This video highlights all four port stops we made on our journey through the Atlantic and the Mediterranean, including the Azores, Lisbon, Cadiz, and Cartagena.
-The adventure begins in the lush, volcanic landscapes of the Azores, where we go on an exciting whale and dolphin watching tour.
-The ship then sails to Lisbon, the historic capital of Portugal, where we offer glimpses of its iconic landmarks, charming neighborhoods, and delicious food.
-Next, the cruise arrives in Cadiz, a city with a blend of ancient history and modern charm. Here, we enjoy the picturesque coastline, historical architecture, and delightful Spanish cuisine.
-The final stop is Cartagena, a port city in southeastern Spain known for its Roman history and archaeological sites.
-As a bonus, we also highlight our experience as the ship navigates through the iconic Strait of Gibraltar! Witness the stunning views where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Mediterranean Sea.This scenic passage is a true marvel, offering unique glimpses of both Europe and Africa from the deck.
