Put the turcon seal in hot water for a few minutes this softens the seal which makes it easy to install

The background music was very distracting. I'm hard of hearing and the noise over rode your voice. I finally gave up. Just talking would have been good. My question is WHY do people think music in the background is good. I've had to stop watching some TV because of that. Thanks.
