- I've already been approached by a TON of people wanting to know how much and when they can get one. At this time, I've got build commissions that will take me through to Summer of 2024.
That said... keep watching my channel and subscribe to my website newsletter. Could be some news coming on this topic soon...

I FINALLY GOT TO SEE SHARKY MC SHARK FACE!!
It’s awesome and looks so realistic in water!
It's beautiful! The way he moves! HOOAH! Just awesome!👍👍
Great work guys, not a fan of the red LED eyes myself, but if the client is happy that's the main thing. Saying that it should look cool at night. I think shading the area around the thrusters a grey color would help camouflage them, but I am sure you will build upgrades to this design in the future, this project will sure help promote your business.
pretty crazy real looking Bob good job
Awesome job, if you ever offer a kit I'd 'snap it up" !
Good luck at subfest guys.
This was a fun build!
Coolest RC Iv’e ever seen. Great job guys.
That's a cool model you should definitely paint the fans movie green so it doesn't come up in camera so it will be more immersive..
Great model! Movements are very realistic! Good job! 😊
I followed up with the progress of this build. It turned out awesome!!
Hopefully, one day you can also build those in production in your shop. Really cool.
Bruce's little brother
Real Genius Mr Martin ❤
Hopefully, you will be releasing the stl's on your site!! would love to print one
Wow, that almost looks like a real shark that would be fun to play with
That is a beautiful achievement. It swims and dives just like a real shark. That could really scare someone. I hope this leads to more like this for you guys. The best robotic fish I've ever seen so far. It would be cool if the mouth could be an intake, with the thrusters hidden inside and the gills being the exhaust ports, kind of like a jet-ski. Instead of a brain a pair of jet engines, port and starboard.
Hey that is a brilliant idea, how about the idea to intake water through the mouth and the output through the joint between the forward body and the tail or, the gills? (If that could be efficient?) The way you designed is nothing short of being truly genius! Thank you for sharing this with us.
@rowgler1 That is exactly what he did with the Version 2 Shark. Water intake through open mouth, and exits through open gill slits. He should compensate you for using your idea! Ha ha 😅
Thank you, but the thing is he actually did it so he deserves full credit. It's easy to have ideas but it was kind of the obvious next step. He is there where the rubber meets the road and It's good to see them succeeding in their creative work.@@Komet163B
the next jaws!
Outstanding Bob…..you are the best
theres a german rc ship magazine where one of the articles that they published some years ago was about a rc submarine that was build from a wooden pencil case.
Nice job guys.
Good job guys 👍
That is soooo cool...looking forward to seeing Stingray in that pool soon !
That is INSANE!!
Dang! That's Maneuverable 😮
that is cool as HELL!!
Great work
freaking awesome! Yeah, everyone that see this thing swim will want one!!
Well done to the team at Nautilus Dry docks. What an awesome build, and so life like in the water. Is it not possible to have the Thrusters made from Clear Plastic, as it could help to camouflage them in the water??🤔. 👍🙂👍
You can't make the electronics and motors of clear plastic. But maybe it would look better if the thrusters could somehow be integrated in the fins and then painted accordingly?
@@tomkroebel4936 I really mean the outer ducted case surround and the propellers and centre, they could possibly be in clear ABS plastic , any internals to the Thrusters wouldn't really be seen that clear.
The Thrusters were originally fitted to the underside of the Pectoral fins, but they made maneuvering and controlling the Shark a bit erratic, so had to be fitted above the fins and on to the body, which is a bit of a shame, but still a wonderful piece of work nevertheless.
Must...Have!
I was watching this video the opening swim around the pool, and I thought if I saw this thing coming at me.....
Remember the BabyRuth in the swimming pool scene in Caddy Shack?
Wow Bob you always seem to amaze us well done I love the videos.
Looks great.. top job..
Nice one bob. I reckon it will be a game changer for your business. Lots of luck
Espetacular,
Maravilhoso,
Beautiful,
Sem palavras,
Parabéns.
Came out awesome
What a great job , underwater the illusion works , so realistic in appearance and motion . I do fear for the swimmers in California , you know well enough this wont be in some ones bathtub or even in their pool but in the ocean or lake more likely terrifying everyone who is fooled , i am all for having a good prank . Does this owner have a TH-cam channel , if not now is the time ..
Just beautiful ❤❤❤
Looking at it above water it looks unsettling real.
You should put roll on the left stick as well ala mode 2. You can achieve it with differential on the pectoral fins. So just a software update or RC programming and you can put in full roll.
Absolutely but... um... why would I want to roll a shark?
@@RCSubGuy Everyone knows 3D is where its at
I'd take it immediately to the most crowded beach I could find.
It would be cool of the propulsion was inside the Mouth / throat. Water goes in an open mouth ducted and out some thick gills slits. Very Cool. The RED EYES are AWESOME
You mean, like this?: th-cam.com/video/zMF3ZrGs4N8/w-d-xo.html
Wow!
It would be really nice if you would do a model of the cool shark submersible from "Tintin and Snowy". That is my all time favourite sub except for the Disney Nautilus!
I think it looks very cool. Well done. Must have been a long print all together. How was this done? downloaded a 3d shark model and worked on it to give it separate pectoral fins and a belly door and segmented tale? Or was this a downloaded complete desogn like this? I would think that it should be possible to put the thrusters inside the body and connect them to ducts that end on the side skin of the body mext to were the thusters are now situated. the holes will be there to see on the sides but the form of the shark will not really change seen from above ofcourse you need to aim the openings in the skin angled backwards so there will be a long oval hole maybe angled 30 degrees outward. water intake can be from underneath the head ( make the hole bigger where the switch is situated) or open the mouth a bit. or maybe make multiple smaller holes along the bottom. But again, it looks very good. it looks like natural swimming. wll done!!!
Wow great model, compliments.
But the thrusters trasparent?
BRUCE!
Scale it up to about 6m long and take it to Amity Island beach in summer time . The ultimate prank.
i need this
Wow
that's awesome are you going to release the 3d files to purchase.?
Nice 🤙..... Any trouble with the escs overheating?......doesn't look like they would be able to cool easily.....
Not at all. The thrusters are exceptionally efficient and don't draw much current at all.
It would look nicer if there was a tunnel propeller, it wouldn't be visible, it would look like a real shark
Imagine you buy this and prank your friends lol 😂
That’s an amazing build ! Are you here in FL?
I used to live down in Naples, FL, but moved here to Spring, TX about two years ago.
Did the submersible you built for NASA interest them
Outstanding Job !
Where can we buy this?
From me! We're working on it. Be patient. They're on the way soon (ish).
Question why no use tail as propulsion.
Because that would be needlessly complicated and inefficient.
Maybe just a challenge most are too lazy to deal with. @@RCSubGuy
Andarilho
can you make it bite
