Think about your day. How much food do you need to optimize your energy?
- Sedentary day = less calories
- Active day = more calories
- Every day = Choose quality foods :) ✅
Stick to greens and proteins on low caloric days
Carb up when you’ll be expending a lot of energy- ideally in the AM of an active day
