Kudos to architect Ahmad for his outstanding design of a simple white and black theme house. The inclusion of a wonderful center courtyard brings a refreshing touch of nature to the heart of the home. Additionally, the amazing staircase adds a unique and visually stunning element to the overall design. Ahmad's talent and attention to detail have truly made this house extraordinary.

Its 2024 aesthetics aside The emphasis should be on sustainable, eco- friendly, energy efficient design and construction. Solar panels, residential small wind mills, wind towers, geothermal cooling heating, water recycling, in house grown vegies fruits etc.

Good architects combine aesthetics with practicality. Here it seems there is more emphasis on aesthetics.

It's a great service but a humble suggestion is to give the feedback's of the material used like door material and other Allied item's with certain link's if someone wants to visualize them in more details.

Alternate layout which would have been more functional would have been with a kitchen in the basement with scullery on the first floor with formal dining and a dumbwaiter. This would separate the formal and informal guests

when outside is 50 degrees inLahore ppl use to put green sheets over their skylight areas and we have 8 months summers so this much direct lights is not feasible in Lahore. it looks stunning and elegant but tbh not practical.

I have selected very similar white tiles for my 10 marla house. Same for lounge and bedrooms. Should the tiles be glossy or matte finished? Can any expert reply with a reason?

Most of the projects on Banjaiga are nice and this was no exception. From the get go I essentially muted the audio. Pretty ameturish videography. Don’t need to concentrate on their faces!
Open designs are cool but what’s the energy cost regarding heating and cooling especially with these huge windows.
They finally figured out how to give a separate spot for WC. Those rain showers will give you cold water in the winter from that height. Also biggest omission is lack of drawers under the vanity. Where are you going to put your shaving stuff especially when there is no concept of linen closet as yet.
Loved the basement and I guess no one is allowed on the main floor except for the owners.

Interesting design and the architects seems cool, I really like the openness and interconnectedness of each space to the whole, but the house appears to have a “coldness”, seems ultra stylized, lacking suggestion of a comforting living space where a family would interact. Lastly, the black and white elements are not well balanced and appear monotonous, bordering on obnoxious.

A nicely build house, unfortunately we could see less of the house but more of the sponsored furniture and tiles... camera work is pathetic,
    why zoom walls.... !!!
We heard there was a kitchen in basement...!!!
In bedrooms we saw host and guest shoulder... !!!
Camera work must be synced with what host is explaining...
Mostly we saw Chandlers and other lights... looks like sponsor was more important...
Come on guys, learn from grand design of BBC, tune to HGTV.... learn how to show houses and there renovations, construction and designing....
