I believe it depends on lane. If you cant really kill enemy laner, q3 for wave clear and poke and roam but if you can stay on top and have kill potential max e.

Go E Max if your going AD since E scales of Ad more then Ap. Everything else I had more succes maxing q first due to more dmg.

I used to play it with good results then, but now it doesnt work. I cannot snowball with an overextent from botlane.
I just sucks everytime I play it. Im a main jungler, but when I had autofill mid I used Kata with good results and now I suck :

You can’t take tp anymore. Always flash ignite and sometimes you can take exhaust ignite. You just have to solo kill or roam

Hey, I tried Nashor's Tooth on Wild Rift and it doesn't work like on PC. On PC, when you ult, you will apply the nashor's on-hit passive. Not working on WR. Just go for one of the top 3 build
Maybe build both Hextech Gunblade and Divine Sunderer for insane healing
