That was some struggle crocheting!! I did this style with those same locs and it was a MISTAKE on my part for making my braids tight! I lost hair fighting to put those big locs through. Ladies, keep those braids well oiled and moisturized and LOOSE

@@CrownedK You should try putting the loop on pass the hook first and then insert it into the braid and place the end of the hair on the hook pulling it through will be much easier saving you a lot of stress, tension on your hair (breakage) and pain.🙂

GORGEOUS!! 😍😍😍🤗🤗🤗 I did faux locs on my hair back in 2017, but individual and wrapped all the way down. I have 300+ locs in my head. Lesson learned. Literally painful, especially with.my injuries. I may do it this way this time. Thanks for the video 🥰🥰🥰

Beautiful 😻 I’m convinced I can do this and placing my order now. How do you secure the braid in the back? My hair is long so I don’t know to hide the final braid without it coming out.
I noticed nobody answered..what solution did you come up with? I have "sewed" the extra braid in before using the crochet needle
@@ashleyallen8532I always have an issue with the back coming unsecured however I do it. I have tried sewing the hair down across the back and also pulling each braid up and sewing it all the way up. This time I am going to make a row of singles at the base of my neck. That way I can pull my hair up and if that row gets loose I can re do them and it will still look nice.

It is very pretty, very beautiful. Are the loop small or thight? I know on some other butterflies locs, people were having problem with the loops being so tight. This color compliment your.skin tone so well.
