We used to live in High Point and often flew out of PTI! When you flew over Oak Hollow Lake, we could see our old sub-division! While Southern California is home now, we’ll always have our hearts in NC☺️ Thanks for posting and love your channel.
It is a real treat to follow your vlogs. You are introducing me to parts of our country that I never thought I would get to visit but I am through you. I have never flown on regional flights since most of my trips have been international and between TX/AZ and Alaska so thanks for the journey. I would like to mention that one thing I have noticed in your vlogs is that the tray tables have always been clean and functional and that is amazing!
Hey man, I really appreciate you making these videos. Im currently active duty Marines and I'm not allowed to go home during this time and your videos remind me of going home. Thanks again dude :)
I went through D60 a few years ago when returning to GSP from a cruise, and what a ZOO it was! I felt like a cow in a holding stall. Greenville-Spartanburg's runway is long enough for more than just regional jets AND our area has a large enough population to require larger jets like A319s and 737s. It's time for us to graduate from the kids' table when it comes to aircraft size! Besides, I'm tired of having to crane my neck when boarding, and having to limbo low so that I don't hit my head on the overhead bin as I go to my seat by the window. (This is why I TRY to fly Southwest whenever I can, but it doesn't fly to every airport...unfortunately.)
GSO is now my home airport! I attend UNCG and live near High Point. I enjoyed the video. I have always wanted to go to MIA! You should try RDU or CLT next.
Hi again Jazzguy! Great video once again, very enjoyable! The Skytrain kind of reminds me of the one at DFW view wist :) That was an interesting boarding experience at MIA haha The flight itself looks perfectly fine, always nice to get an upgrade with that leg room! Awesome views of Miami during take off, very cool :) Regards, Brendan
It may sound counterintuitive, but it's actually logical that your little E175 had priority on takeoff over the huge 777s. The latter create a lot of wake turbulence, while with the E175 that is negligible. So, if one or both of the 777s took off first, your plane would have to wait a considerable while to take off safely, while it would cause only a very short delay to the big jets. Everyone was happily flying sooner with this arrangement.
Hello JazzGuy! New Sub here! Wife and I thoroughly enjoy your video's! Love the intro/outro music! :D This is the perfect channel to check out different Airlines! We're planning vacation soon to Florida, i.e., St. Augustine, Cocoa Beach, and Orlando! Thanks very much for your hard work and Greetings From Elizabethtown, Kentucky, Ricky :)
ive been flying back and forth between Miami and Austin for work for the past few weeks on board an AA E175 and i gotta tell you man....every flight so far has been very bumpy. like not smooth at all. could be us flying through clouds, could be us following behind another plane thats up ahead of us but man.....i cant even get a decent nap in!
I had no idea that MIA had a Skytrain. That part of the airport looks much nicer then the where the Delta gates are located. Wow, that looked like a zoo near the gates. Wow, never seen it where someone had to step outside to get to their plane.
Thank you for this motivational video. I work long work hrs every single week and this mentally help me focus on rewarding myself one day (when the bills aren't confiscating my paycheck) #frustrated & #woreout
Only thing i can think of is because the 772s would create a big wake departing a head of the 175 so it's just easier to get the smaller planes in the air first.
Charlotte is only about 60 miles from Greensboro, they have flights between them? Well, I guess I understand that if it's a small propeller American express flight.
Considering your hometown is Pittsburgh, you seem to know Miami area landmarks quite well, perhaps you've flown into MIA more than a few times? Seeing that you're flying AA and AE flights,I'm expecting at any moment for a rude request to stop filming,so far,so good! Looked like your pilot was hugging the coastline rather than cutting across the Atlantic, making for a shorter flight. Was watching the wingwalker at GSO,must've been tired, what with him dropping his baton on the ground and dragging the safety cones across the pavement. What transport did you use to leave airport grounds?
Great vid! Glad you had a great flight today. Number 3 or 4 with no delays or cancelations😂 Would you ever consider doing a flight to Cincinnati (CVG)?
Well...no, only gave it a 10/10 because of the nice FAs and them giving me the chance to sit in the first row of MCE, so for what I paid and the experience I had...it got 10/10 :)
Thanks for the graphics explaining the places you're passing over.😊
I just love watching these videos because Airports and Planes ares really Cool

Beautiful view of Miami from the plane.

Couldn't imagine boarding on an outdoor ramp in Miami in the summer ... you'd melt.
I love Miami Airport working for AA as a FA is fun being based there

It's odd seeing MIA from the passenger perspective when I shadowed there for a day and saw many places most passengers don't see.
LAX also has a similar boarding process for regionals.
Good video
the DC-8 is part of the Billy Graham foundation
Great vid! Glad you had a great flight today. Number 3 or 4 with no delays or cancelations😂 Would you ever consider doing a flight to Cincinnati (CVG)?
Thank you! I definitely want to do a flight to CVG in the near future, hopefully an opportunity will present itself to me soon :)
thejazzguy13 Aviation cool. Let me know if you do, because I live in Cincinnati and if you are comfortable with it, we could do a meet up. 👍
Is that the only lav on a 175? Otherwise I'm surprised they didn't say something about you going into the front being you weren't seated in F.
They were a pretty chill crew so probably didn't mind
24:28 - that plane might've been much lower because it was in its descent. Maybe towards Sumter, South Carolina?
The reason they let your plane go in front of the 777 is its a much bigger aircraft than the E175. The 777's wake could cause an issue at takeoff.
Would you still give them a 10/10 if you were in the back with no leg room?
Well...no, only gave it a 10/10 because of the nice FAs and them giving me the chance to sit in the first row of MCE, so for what I paid and the experience I had...it got 10/10 :)
