Hello! I think you need to experiment with it and see how you feel. When you stimulate the prostate for sex the fluids from the testes move up the vas deferens into the prostate and this process cannot be reversed, (as far as I know). Many say that some of it is resorbed into the body but many report that it is excreted via the urine, hence why many have cloudy urine after sex/masturbation. I think to avoid energy loss refraining is best but I’m not 100% sure on it.👍

it wasnt the sexual act that caused a fall, Adam (humanity) agreed to fall to serve god in the 3rd dimension, all those "curses" are simply the consequences of living in the physical (life, death, pain) that god warned them about before they made their journey so as to respect their free will. seeing it this way you realize that no, god isnt a bipolar psycopath that basically was responsible for tempting a creation which was innocent (hey look i made a tree here, just dont touch it or hell forever). Basically, our mission now is to uplift this physical plane, present it to god and show him how we made use of it, hopefully for a much greater plan
