just hit 101 days of SR first time on it and i can say things are completely different then before when i started this journey how i am now and how people are around me and just how better life is on SR.
you completely change your own reality on SR your not apart of the everyday zombie horde anymore you feel more free like you can do anything......its been a heck of a ride so far cant wait to see what happens staying on this SR journey.

I am only into 1 week so far and i already feel more positivity around me. I suffer from chronic depression and am surrounded by people with negative aura. I literally feel everyone around me feel magnetized to me. Further more ive been studying esoteric philosophy and it has definately put my mindset into never ejaculating again. I sont think it's all placebo but literal invisible forces manifesting what you want. Whether it be ill or benevolent.

Generally I find it does a lot for my energy levels, if I observe all thoughts and decide consciously which I interact with. Not connecting with negative thoughts preserves a lot of energy.

Thank you all for the lovely answers. For me, living off grid, well travelling and living out of a backpack for two and a half months at the moment, has been a journey of discovery. Coupling that with conscious breathing, stretching and letting go of attachments leaves me in an interesting space, neither here nor there so to speak. I'm less and less inclined to spend time with people of have possessions of any kind. But I love this channel and the information is so valuable and has a lot of depth. Tips for insomnia on SR? I can feel the restlessness compound day after day…my eyes ache and my mind is slow. I find I can only get good sleep if I take sleep aids like Nyquil but this is not a good long term strategy.
I work fulltime on my feet 45-50hrs a week and lift heavy at the gym 4x/week. Caloric surplus of whole foods
