I am only into 1 week so far and i already feel more positivity around me. I suffer from chronic depression and am surrounded by people with negative aura. I literally feel everyone around me feel magnetized to me. Further more ive been studying esoteric philosophy and it has definately put my mindset into never ejaculating again. I sont think it's all placebo but literal invisible forces manifesting what you want. Whether it be ill or benevolent.

Generally I find it does a lot for my energy levels, if I observe all thoughts and decide consciously which I interact with. Not connecting with negative thoughts preserves a lot of energy.

Thank you all for the lovely answers. For me, living off grid, well travelling and living out of a backpack for two and a half months at the moment, has been a journey of discovery. Coupling that with conscious breathing, stretching and letting go of attachments leaves me in an interesting space, neither here nor there so to speak. This is all very appealing, even elegant. Though, as I listen, I hear gaps in the logic; ones that will require a leap of faith to connect, to say the least. I have seen these similarities between mind and universe. I have also imagined that there could be nothing more outside my mind other than nonphysical energy/information or something beyond my imagination. I have yet to see any dots tightly connected by explanations that would solidify the mechanisms that support the more fantastical claims in such theories. Nevertheless, I am totally open to whatever the ultimate truth may be.

But on biological level how long can you do SR on one go before you ejaculate as you cany hold forever, I don't think that we should negate human aspect as balance is needed in everything like TAO tells us, can any one say if e.g. 30 days of holding is ok or it all is subjective?
