    What comes from within you may not be to your liking, that is true, but that doesn't mean we have ultimate control of it either. Just as what comes to us from without us is not entirely under our control and is not entirely to our liking. What is certain, is that we can partially control what comes to us either from within and from without and that is, the human condition. Acceptance of whatever 'Is' in the highest sense of the word, is the key to living the good life.

    Could be true but first i want to be free from Myoken master, mokusho zen buddhists. And i think nobody can help me in this very big problem.

    • @1kyrill
      @1kyrill 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If you would wake up one morning and completely forgot what myoken and mokushu means at all to you! you would be free yes? But what would thàt night have done to you except deleting some specific thoughts?
      It is hard to delete a thought, but you have a free alternative: CHOOSE to make the thoughts unimportant and meaningless against your old habits and memories which tell you how important they are. Those old thoughts belong to your former identity, your old psychological make up, but now unwanted. You have to realize how important the one is who made the choice to change.Who is s/he? She cannot really be the total sum of all your ideas and opinions that s/he made through the years. By identifying with the truth you believe your ideas are to you, you become them and you gain a personality like a movie star who temporarily believes the script to be the truth so s/he becomes the role s/he sets upon himself.
      What does it takes to really change? 1) Just remember or just accept how extremely true and precious you are in spite of any script you follow
      2) Proof your acceptance of your (not made by you, you got it for free) lovable preciousness by standing behind your choice to change by using vigilance to protect that choice against any attack in order to uphold the now empty old meaningless thoughts from the past as still being meaningfull Vigilance is like discipline, it is different because it protects a good thought which need to be accepted as true, while discipline represses the negative habit mostly in the form of behavior while often overlooking its cause
