I am 58 years old and have fished all my life and am jist happy to see a young woman fishing! I use to go by myself all the time bit where I live now there isn't any where to go so I havent been in over a year. I thoroughly enjoyed watching you fish, it was almost as good as fishing myself! So thank you for sharing it! Even the fall! Lol I can't count how many times I have fell going up and down river banks or even on rocks inside the river, part of it! Glad to know we got some tough women coming up behind us! Thanks again!

Glad you didnt get hurt when you fell. I was at beautiful lake near Belle Fourche SD recently. Every place we beached the boat was just full of trash. Pick up your trash people! please!! We hauled two large contractors bags out. Thank You Ash for mentioning it in your video!
That darling just loves to fish. She’s been at it since childhood & is doing something she loves. Each trip is an adventure & another day well spent. I taught my oldest daughter how to fish as a child & she loves it.This is heartwarming to watch. We haven’t been fishing in years. Takes me back.

Dude I bought a little 14ft john boat and had my kids out fishing with me. My mistake was standing up. One of my kids resituated in the boat which made me lose my balance. With nothing to grab ahold of I took a swim. The water is fairly shallow so I was able to stand up afterwards and all I could do was laugh as I walked to shore to get back into the boat
If you haven't had mud all over your ass or fallen in you're not trying. Danny my best friend is famous for falling in he's at the cabin right now so I expect a story. To damn hot and humid for me.
Lets hear some of our most dangerous moments while fishing ! Ill start. 1. Wade fishing the 3rd. Bar off port aransas. Killing some big sea trout to 4lbs. Had 3 on a 20 ft stringer. Suddenly got jerked right of my feet . Thats when my buddy yelled BIG SHARK. i was prepared with a real man,s knife strapped to my leg and cut the stringer . Shark got three trout . I got 2 arms and 2 legs. Good trade. 2. Wade fishing the flats near rockport Tx. Catching nice reds on a rebel jumping minnow (top water) didn't notice massive storm coming in behind us. We were at least a half mile out in mucky bottom. 2 feet or less water. First came the giant raindrops ,wind thunder, lightning. Then the hail the size of golf balls. Hunkered down as best we could. Got beat to shit for 10 minutes. Seriously thought i was gonna die out there. Broke 3 fingers big knots all over my head bruises all over my back. And a broken fishng pole . I kissed the ground when we were able to wade to shore. I have more but lets hear some of yours.

Don't you just love when you're out fishing and a Big Buck comes up to say hello?!?!? I have 40 acres in Missouri with 2 ponds on it and I watch deer, bears, and other wildlife roam around out my windows. My ponds have fish I keep stocked for when I want fish for dinner. I even have a creek that runs on the far backside if I want to go there to catch fish.
How can I not watch your videos?. I've been watching Josh for many years, big motivator for me to get out there when I feel lazy and down, and to stay sober. Almost 2 years now.

You'd be fun to fish with. Patient, not worried about dirt or worm guts, sets out with a plan and adjusts accordingly, I just happy to be fishing.... my kind of fishin buddy.
Very nice vid, Ash. Well done. I like your videos and I learn a bit from each one. Fished a couple of Water Resources reservoirs in eastern Utah this week, with my sister. She got a nice channel cat on worms and I drowned several worms with no result. Next day we fished the inflow creek on a diversion pool in the Uintah Mts. We used small Rapala floaters and let the current carry them about 20 yards out before doing a slow retrieve. We each got strikes on almost every cast. I caught 3 rainbows and brought 2 more in that got off right in the shoreline rocks and squirmed away through the shallows. She caught 3 rainbows and one brook and lost a couple as well. It was a good day and we provided the fish for the family fish fry that night.
A couple catches is definitely better than being skunked, Not every day of fishing is gonna be great, you will get em next time, i Always enjoy your videos And content Ash, can't wait for the next one, keep catching and stay safe!

I've had my share of falls and slips over the years, and laffed abt it too afterwards, so u'r in good company here Ash, but since i lost my leg I've found sum things harder, simple things like kneeling down for instance, and traipsing along to hard to fish spots r a thing of the past, but watching yr vid, and the ginger fisherman here in the UK takes me back to the good old says, thanks Ash, and keep the vids coming 👍
