@@seektruth9982 I think you're trying to get at something else, which I'd be happy to hear you specify but that is basically what I am saying. Take BPA as an example. When the harmful effects of some plastics are discovered or there is finally proof of their impact, they are switched out for a chemical cousin. Like BPS and BPF which replaced BPA. Some plastics were around since 1869 but had more decorative purposes. The plasticizers started leaching into our bodies as the use of plastics became more popular.

Also the videos about how plastic negatively impacts Testosterone or increases Estrogen signaling is frightening. A thermal printed receipt has up to 1000 times more BPA than a water bottle (all the Bisphenol alternatives to BPA are just as bad) and it is absorbed significantly through skin contact!!! It's a big freaking mess!

There has been a background increase globally of rates of cancer etc which I believe may be explained by more than just obesity rates etc. The anti vaxxer crowd love to point out these issues, but vaccines pre date all these diseases increase. I think micro plastics will turn out to be the cause, we have done terrible things to our environment.

Microplastic comes from the ultraviolet breaking down of the plastic. If your container is new, not exposed to sunlight, then it doesn’t produce microplastic. Keep it in the shades and keep it in a cool place. Most filters don’t filter ultra fine particles under 5 microns, which nanoplastic is 1 micron, so the filter won’t help it, but it will remove other contaminants.

    • @Fremmy
      @Fremmy 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

Here's the funny part. You don't. It's everywhere and in everything. You could stop eating fish and anything that comes from the ocean. If you like to eat meat and chicken, make sure they are only grass fed. Make your own food from scratch and don't ever buy anything that is premade because its likely it contains microplastics. Also don't drink anything from plastic bottles nor aluminium drink cans, only glass bottles. Also don't buy any clothes with synthetic materials such as polyester, acrylic, spandex, nylon, and polyamide materials. It's almost impossible to avoid all of these.

It doesn't seem like they adjusted for any risk factors like assessing their diet. There could easily be confounding variables. For example, people eating highly processed food that comes in plastic packaging would have microplastics in their plaques. But the causal factor could be the food, not the plastics.

Another thing you didn't mention is to donate blood. Good for others, your health generally, and can reduce PFAS and microplastics levels. If you are on finasteride you can't donate but for most it is a good option.
Controlling the input of micropastics is good but boosting the output is another option.

Chemtrails, masks make a difference. I analyze them under a microscope and see 2 general forms: cubic crystal flakes, and forms that appear to be micron streams of molten plastic that are flash frozen and broken up in turbulence. They vary from icicle forms to tangles of yarn. They appear clear under a microscope, but a dirty dark tan/brown when wiped off surfaces.

These suggestions are all good to try and minimize the potential exposure to MNP’s even if the cause and effect is definitely is hard to tease out.
One item which needs further investigation is if the higher presence of MNP’s in blood vessels may be related to damaged glycocalyx. It seems plausible that it *may* normally serve as a barrier to the MNP’s. In this way the MNP’s may largely be a marker of endothelial dysfunction and the local ECM’s. The MNP’s could be causing plenty of other issues once they are in the tissue, but this hypothesis could explain why not all of the participants in the study saw MNP’s in their tissues.
Something I would love to have teased out is if the course of events and confounding factors are the following: highly processed individually wrapped foods tend to be higher in MNP’s and other plasticizers due to packaging and contamination -> these foods also tend to allow for higher glucose excursions and over consumption which seems to have greater damage to glycocalyx integrity especially if not much time is given for repair between excursions -> over time this could also become entangled with type-2 diabetes further exacerbating endothelial disfunction which further aggravates atherosclerosis -> the MNP’s then become further integrated into the plaque as part of the atherosclerotic process.
Unfortunately the glycocalyx is notoriously hard to study since it is really only intact in-vivo, but hopefully better in-vivo imaging techniques and labeling allows us to see this in living humans.

What would you say is the correlation between leaky gut and heart failure???
Do you think the collagen or lack thereof was a cause or an effect of the microplastics??
I'm willing to bet the fact that the immune system has been moved offline and most of these individuals and their bodies are no longer able to produce high levels of hydrogen peroxide within the body in order to combat disease is one of the main and contributing reasons to why they have the microplastics in the cholesterol and it would also explain why the body isn't able to move the cholesterol once it's used as a bandage.
Because the body loves cholesterol, but if there's microplastics in there and you're playing Tetris and suddenly it collapses and you cannot produce hydrop peroxide cuz the individual is weakened immune system wise, they're going to die of a heart attack
One last question, how does the body produce hydrogen peroxide during an immune system response?
Now this enzyme that's utilized by the body to produce hydrogen peroxide. Is it available over the counter as a supplement? What's the cost like $10 compared to the $1,000? The pharmacy is going to get but you buying a prescription every month either from you or by your prescriber.
I don't see why anybody should be shocked by this. We live in a capitalistic society
