    I love when a Prosecutor tells a convincing story.. when they make it believable and make it sound like a good book . To me it just helps the Jury see it all and this Prosecutor did just that! I couldn’t turn away..😳

      Too bad its a story they made up while ignoring evidence of who really killed this poor woman.

    Is it standard the videos use only one audio channel. I only hear my left earbud. And all other videos of youtube work well...
    Not to forget the audio volume... I have to put volume up massively. Cant this be taken into account in editing the video.

      Trust me, you do not want that job if it was one. You are in charge of a person's life. A miss and you send an innocent person to prison, or you set a killer free. This case bother's me. Jason Carter fits the case, and no one else does. He hated his mom, he was about to be cut out of dad's good graces and money once his mother told about his affair. I half way think he intended to take both parents, but Bill changed his routine that day.
      These jurors had to find him guilty beyond reasonable doubt, which they felt they could not, but the jury from the civil trial found him guilty after hearing all the evidence.
      I think it's highly likely Jason Carter killed his mom. Jason Carter did not want to call 911 because he wanted others on site prior to police arriving so he appeared to be new to the horror as everyone else. This makes me sick.
      Think of it. Think of Bill Carter, his horror and pain. As a juror, you would tell him that his wife died, but her killer goes free. Think of other cases, where you see horrors you can't erase. Murdered people, horrific pictures of every detail.... There is a reason why police get Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. It's easy to see that court room players would face the same. ...

    I highly recommend watching the A&E series called Guilty or Innocent about this case.

      This prosecutor and detective destroyed this family. They should be ashamed of themselves.

    37:00 the prosecutor yells about how Jason’s fingerprints are all over the gunsafe- but only on the inside panels but none were on the outside- where someone could wipe them clean….. if jason wiped off his fingerprints then there’s no fingerprints from anyone…. But the prosecutor doesn’t say anything about that!!

      Also, how did he know his father wasn't coming directly home? Watch the A&E series about this case. The detective manipulated his father and sister into believing their narrative.

    How did Jason know his mom was dead for 2 hours? This trial reminds me of the Todd Michael Mullis murder case

    Lmao 🤣 this is the worst opening statement I have ever heard!!! It’s painful to listen to 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🙄🙄👎🏻👎🏻!!! I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♂️ why thus far I feel like the prosecution is reaching!! Seems like they just needed to charge someone with the crime!!! Seems like a lot of small things they hope they can tie together for a guilty verdict!! The prosecution just sounds stupid makes no sense at all!!! Just doesn’t seem like a strong enough case!!!

    • @thomasmacgruber6701
      @thomasmacgruber6701 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That's why he was found not guilty. Zero evidence and a reluctance to follow up on statements implicating 3 violent felons that admitted to doing the robbery and described the crime scene to a t.

    Omg this prosecutor is sooo boring omg 💤 you need a caffeine energy drink just to stay awake!!! BORING!!! HORRIBLE OPENING STATEMENT!!! If I was a jury member I would have fallen asleep 💤 the first 5 minutes 👎🏻👎🏻🙅🏻‍♂️🙅🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🙄🙄
