Thank you for this honest video. I’ve been trying to sell via Amazon FBA with my private label and unfortunately, it is not working out. I tried everything from lowering the price, garnering more reviews, increasing my bids for ads and clicks, sponsored brand, etc and nothing worked. It has been over a year now and I think it is time for me to shelve my business. Selling on Amazon FBA is extremely difficult because of all of the obstacles Amazon puts in your way. You need to spend a lot of money to advertise and win bids in order to actually get your product out there. Also, there is the other issue of people copying and selling the exact same product for much less than you. Overall, in my experience, I do not recommend Amazon FBA for a side hustle or passive income. I tried everything and truly had a solid business plan but it looks like my business is not sustainable on Amazon.
Honestly, your comment made me feel better too because I see so many people making insane amounts of money on Amazon FBA and it makes me wonder what I'm oing wrong which is why I wanted to share realistic results on TH-cam. I think so much of this depends on the product you're selling. Don't give up!
Hi Christina good video, do not hesitate if you have any questions round about Amazon FBA, it is more complex than you would imagine in the beginning 😅. A way to generate more reviews could be to add a thank you card or as well to send a handwritten card some weeks to your clients house, there are actually services to automatise that. In general it is always advisable to add a little either physical or digital gift to surprise your client positively. Cheers and good luck :D
That'a very nice of you to offer your help! I heard of the card method before but I'm always hesitant since I know Amazon can be strict about it. I did add a bonus to one of my products but then all of my competitors started doing the same thing so it became pretty challenging haha
Great video! In the beginning you mentioned how you knew about wholesale, retail and online arbitrage? Why did you choose to do private label? Thanks so much! This is my 5th month doing FBA private label and just shy of 20k in revenue in total with 2 products.
i think most of the TH-camrs I was watching at the time all did private label so I just ended up following in the same path. Also, that's amazing. 20k with 2 products is a really nice amount!
well I am not sure about you guys but I personally made over $5,000 in the first month but the next month it was like $2500. If you buy a winning product and sell it then it can actully scale up very quickly. However if you get bad reviews on your product the the amazon algorithm doesnt really like that and your sales will come down day by day. In short, it all depends on the product, if you have a good product with good sales and less competation then you can actully earn even up to $20,000 a month in no time.
Amazon is not yet available in most African countries but you can become an Amazon seller and sell in other markets from most other countries in the world, not just USA.
Your transparency about Amazon FBA is so refreshing! It’s great to see the realistic side of trying this business model. Thanks for breaking it down.
Right? I I wish more people shared their results when I first started so I could have realistic expectations

What about Amazon flex packages delivery.
It's pretty different from Amazon FBA. It's not passive.

That’s awesome! How much was the sales price for your first product?
Awesome video
thank you!
Can this work for people outside the USA like for people in Africa?
Amazon is not yet available in most African countries but you can become an Amazon seller and sell in other markets from most other countries in the world, not just USA.
Yes you could create an US LLC for instance and after sell from nearly anywhere mate
Is this work in Pakistan
Unfortunately, Amazon FBA is not available in Pakistan just yet but that might change soon
Yes you could create an US LLC for instance and after sell from nearly anywhere mate
