Woo Hoo! Another beautiful idea for pouring. I can't believe how lucky I am to have found such a great artist. Willing to share their work. Thanks, Gilly
You are always you positive (even with a storm coming) and happy. I love this idea so much I am going to order premixed paints which I haven’t purchased yet. The mixing part sure takes time. You are so talented and I appreciate that you share with everyone.
I like watching your videos because you most often show the process from start to completely finished. Many others do not offer the finished or completed project which causes me to believe it didn’t turn out so well. Thank you. ❤very professional
Very clever idea Gilly! It looks beautiful with the tea light in it and the silver trim. I'm excited to make one of those painted and resined house number plaques for our house when we get back. Hope you enjoyed your weekend! 😃💜🙋♀️🥰🤗👍
I LOVE YOUR WORK, YOUR ACCENT, PERSONALITY, AND YOUR PICTURE GIVES A FACE TO THE VOICE. YOU GIVE SO MUCH TO THINK ABOUT. THANK YOU FROM GEORGIA USA 🇺🇸❤🙏💙♥❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊

Hey Gilly this is an incredible creative decor ideas you technique is just amazing and awesome 👏🏻 thank you for sharing with us and inspiring us to create it too ! Greetings from Canada 🇨🇦
After watching this, I went to a Dollar tree store because they have all kinds of glass vases in many different styles and shapes. So I got a few and will try to do my first vase pouring this week. I can't wait to try this. Love this I even want to try some pots for plants.
Very beautiful Gilly 😍 I’ve been thinking for a while to pour over a drinking glass and have the same idea as you to put tea lights inside. Embellish it with some butterflies or pearls. How does that sound? Love both the vase and the hexagon painting you just painted ♥️😍♥️
Such a fantastic idea. I have many vases around, a lot from my mum’s house!! Now l know what l can do with the ones l dislike 👏👏 Love how yours turned out, great with the little divets, the candle shows perfectly!!! Awesome ♥️♥️💕💕😍
I have not used transparent glass paint in ages, but maybe you can try to use that type of paint? I know Amazon has them. One thing is I would try pouring it one color at a time but hey you like to experiment maybe they will take okay to being poured into a cup first, who knows it might be worth a try would love to see if it works lol
You said in your video you use resin wipes what are those? Sounds very interesting. Love your videos been watching them for over four years now ever since I started painting.
I have done a bunch of vases & I also spray & wipe with alcohol. I also use the level in both directions. I have not ha a problem with the paint on the bottom, sometimes I'll take a stick & swipe the excess off, being careful to not get it muddy. I also wipe the lip off so there are no drips, just like on a canvas. So far I have used Envirotex Lit resin on all of them.
I love watching your videos Gilly. My art teacher at school told me I didn’t have an artistic bone in my body so I basically never pursued an art activities after I finished school. During lockdowns I have found your videos initially to calm me because I find watching art being created very therapeutic but I’ve now decided that at 43 I might try and find that creative bone my teacher said I didn’t possess. I know you’re in Australia but are you actually born and bred Australian? I only ask because to me, a Brit, you sound slightly Brummie. I love listening to you you’re so don’t to earth and funny. Thanks for sharing all you do x
I started acrylic pouring over a year ago, I never had any kind of artistic talent nor interest, but I decided to give it a shot, it's a lot of fun! It was as if a big light went on in my head and I realized, "hey I CAN make some pretty abstract art!" Go for it and enjoy!
It’s such a shame when words kill every hope, leave those words behind and get creative I say, I’m sure you’ll find you are indeed an artist, we all are in different forms. Yes originally from Erdington Birmingham uk over 28 years ago 😆😆
I think there was far to much paint , I pour mine vase in a plant tray to catch the paint . Have you ever used candle dry liquid in the pour or the any of the fine powder that's used in candle making .
