FYI - the workflow needs to be ACTIVE in order for the "Include approval step" checkbox to show up. Just thought this might help out someone else as it threw me for a bit!

Title says How to Add Approvers - but this seems to discuss how to add approvers to the workflow. Is there a way to see the list of "approvers" for a given Request Type in Jira. I need to manage the list of approvers and can't find a way. Any help will be appreciated.

Hello Alex, thank you for the videos... Question: Are you using JSM Cloud? I'm on JSM datacenter... Look & feel slightly different from your UI (and I don't see configuring Approvers in the Workflow is as easily as you showed, lol)...

I don't think so. BUT, you do need to use Jira Service Management. Approvals don't exist in Jira Software.

Good afternoon , is it possible to automatically attach a QR code from a task to attachments , so that when I print out the document and scan the qr code from the document , I will be atomically transferred to the task and thereby I will know who the author and user of this particular task ( document ) is . I found a free plugin that puts the qr code in the task, but not in the document, and I need to immediately use the jira installation version in the document. Thank you
