Hi everyone! In this video, I will give you a tour of an accommodation - Bridge House Student Accommodation. It is located in Edinburgh’s very happening locality i.e. Fountain Bridge. Some of the comments I saw said this isn't an affordable accommodation. However, I would like to mention that Edinburgh is the second most expensive city after London in the UK in terms of rental properties. Also, this is a student accommodation, not a private flat. Generally, student accommodations are priced more than private flats/houses.
I am currently living at university accommodation and paying 585 pounds for non-ensuite accommodation (and it is one of the cheaper option). Whereas a student I know in Stirling lives in ensuite university student accommodation paying just 450 pounds. So like I said rent varies from location to location.
Based on the rent I have seen people paying in Edinburgh, I can definitely say this is affordable, but yes not the cheapest (which is also not the title of the video).
If I come across more cheaper options, I will definitely make a video on them.

Itna ameer hona hai k £130 pounds per week cheap lagay. I am paying £97 per week for en-suite room in Sheffield and I think it is pretty expensive.

Affordable is not relative your personal affordability.Overall with the facilities 125-150 is what is considered affordable and easily covered by part time.I did my master's from Glasgow .My monthly rent was 650 and i covered everything through part time and also had my own savings and investments by the end.I hardly took a 12 lakhs loan for my master's which I'm almost done paying back within one year of job in Barclays Glasgow.
If you want 80 GBP room ,it's better stay in your home country if you can't afford .It's stupidity to pay for things you can't afford.And it's not something wrong not being able to afford.I couldn't afford US so i chose UK which is 2 times less expensive for me atleast.

Fr approx 3 yrs nd salary was in my bank account
After that in 2019 I started preparing fr ielts two times I gave exam I didnt get score then in 2020 i gave 2 times more ...thn in 2020 there was my last nd 4th attempth I got that time overall 6.5 bt in reading 5.5
