Looking very smart Peter, keeping these multi peice bodies square can be a pain but you seem to have managed it nicely. Looking forward to seeing it completed All the best Martin 👍
Very interesting. I haven't done a full size model in probably 20 years but I did just purchase a 57 Chevy and a German tiger two tank so maybe I'll have it a go here soon. Nice job, look forward to seeing it finished! 👍💪🏁
Hi Marianne, the glue I use is called ‘Canopy Glue’ My hobby shop sells it for model aircraft cockpit windows, it won’t craze the plastic, and dries clear so it’s pretty forgiving too. Can take a little while to dry (which is why I had to support the front windows in the open position till it sets) Hope this helps!
Loved this series. Decided to go buy the kit after watching your build

Thank you. I would definitely assemble it differently next time, but it’s a great model.
May I ask which kind of glue you use for the windows of the car? I m struggling to find the right glue.

How much longer until you’re done? Been contemplating buying this kit for awhile, but man does it look tedious.
I put the windows in it this week, I hope to have it done within the next two weeks.
It’s had its moments.
