The C8 question is a tough one. You pretty much have a set cost on the tornado one but you can't know what you will run into with the stolen one. I like the color better on the stolen one better if that matters lol
Camaro SS in decent shape goes for $11-$15k around here in Ohio.. the body and interior are decent and it's got a new engine, and with a clean title it's worth at least $12k
The golf R is very likely tuned, and the no oil/oil on the exhaust could be a blown turbo. Broken motor mount could be from a really hard launch. That thing has definitely been beaten on

On the C8's - go with the undercarriage damage. While not cheap, the subframes can be replaced on your lift fairly easily.
