Paulson is amazing. Very informative and explains everything with great detail. Anyone know of any catch schools in the Philadelphia area. I am friends with several professional wrestlers and they can't even thing of anyone who still is really skilled at this art. Some know a few catch holds, but not to the extent of Paulson, Cechine, etc.

that's brazilian jiu jitsu 101. I saw most of those moves in a Renzo gracie-craig kukuk instructional videos in 1995.
