Two balck laws, Places of Worship Act, 1991 and strengthening of Waqf Act, 1995 was passed by none other but Narasimha Rao Garu. 1991 economic reforms were not willful or visionary reforms but the forced reform by IMF as our forex was diminishing and economy falling. If it would have been a visionary and willful reform then it would have been implemented in letter and spirit then itself but it's actual implementation started after 2014.

Then, Abul Kalam Azad was awarded the Bharat Ratna in place of Netaji. BTW, sir, You haven't mentioned, what kind of "exceptional services" LK Advani given to the nation fo which he is also being awarded!
I strongly feel ki politician ko Bharat ratn nahin diya Jana chahiye... Bharat ratn must be given only to social reformers and activists.... Politician us post pe rah k society k liye kaam krte h thats their job to do...just like any government employees,, people who contributed to the betterment for the society without anything in return are real candidate for these awards
