First off, the number on my display only goes to 5. When testing it on 4, I left the barking tester on for almost 10 min. and it never changed from blue to green. What did I do wrong?

Hi Beth! Please set the sensitivity level up to 5-7 while testing it. Do you put the speaker right above the sensor (a hole on the back panel of the collar)?

Hi! We have the Dog Training Collar with remote that operates in 3 modes: sound warning, vibration and safe static shock. Here's the link to the product on Amazon: www.amazon.com/dp/B09P1PD7SS?ref=myi_title_dp

Is the collar supposed to vibrate or make noise when I test it? I followed the instructions but never got a response from the collar. How do I know it is working at the different levels? The instructions are very confusing to me.

      Hi Ida!
Yes, the collar gets activated while testing it with the testing device that comes in the box. Which sensitivity level you've chosen? (please set the sensitivity level up to 5-7 while testing it). Do you put the speaker right above the sensor (a hole on the back panel of the collar)?

Hello, when I’m testing the collar it’s not vibrating or making a noise

Hi Chanel, please make sure that you put the speaker of the testing device as close as possbile to the sensor on the back panel of the collar - a hole in the left upper corner, right above the point guard. When it's placed correctly, the collar starts to produce the sound/vibration. Please remember to set the sensitivity level to 3-7 when testing the collar. Because the testing device imitates the average dog barking. If the sensitivity level is lower 3, then the collar won't get activated during the testing. Please feel free to contact our Support Team at support@stopwoofer.com

@@jennifers4844 I have a small-med size dog (terrier chihuahua mix) and i had to adjust the setting to 7 sensitivity to help pick up his bark. It doesn't always go off, but now it picks up about 65% of his barks!
