- Minecraft, But Everything Has Silk Touch! Silk touch is a very useful enchantment, but when it's always on, the game can get a lot more difficult. When something as easy as cobblestone can require luck to find, we are in a for a long haul. So, Failboat and Skip the Tutorial are going to see what happens when you play Minecraft but silk touch is always on, and even try to beat the ender dragon. While I can't say this is exactly a Minecraft but every item has silk touch speedrun, we are rushing to the End to beat this Minecraft but 1.15 challenge, so let's see how it goes!

I actually thought of that as a normal enchantment which makes it so no items drop when you mine it. It would also make it so if you mine infested stone the silverfish dies on break, could be useful for storage when strip mining or clearing space for farms and builds

Isn’t it strange how stone tools cannot be made with stone, despite having “stone” in the names. I understand cobblestone and blackstone, but not stone? And when I say stone, I mean the og basic stone (that we still have today), and not the other 3 (andesite, granite, and diorite).
Because it would be impossible to make stone tools without finding a village for a furnace

To be fair, they can't really get buckets without going to a dungeon, village, ship wreck, or the stronghold itself, 3 of the 4 which have cobblestone anyways. Not saying making one is impossible, just would be super tedious, and it's easier just to break down a village.

My daughter and I played in a world like this once (we did it differently, vanilla, but whenever we crafted a tool, we slipped into creative and put silk touch on it, so our fists weren't silk touch, but all our tools were enchanted with it). The hardest part we had was getting our initial cobblestone. We didn't have access to any villages, but we did find some lava and managed to get it to flow near some water to make a cobblestone generator.

you did it before I. I was scrolling down to see if the comment was here and it was I was 2 slow.
Once again, the process is tedious to even craft a bucket, as you will have to craft a furnace, which is hard as itself due to silk touch on stone, and villages really are the savior for cobble stone. Then, of course, you're going to have to find some iron, and you'll need 3 to even craft a bucket, which leads to the point of also getting lava, which would be very hard if not the ravine's existence. And that will conclude the process of getting to the nether.
