    Nice, man. I used a shreded bar, nuts, different washers, and old parts of headsets to remove and install. But your solution is very fast too

    It worked! I used a vice instead of a calk gun just because my crank removal tool did not fit so well in it

    No offense, but that's way too much time and effort...just to make that plastic piece out of the bottle cap.
    Simple and easy way is to take out the bearing is put the bearing over a soft/rubberized mat and angle it over a piece of wood and tap out the bearing from the opposite side using a metal punch or flat head screw driver.
    There was another you tube video on it and it was simple.

      Yes, it should be possible but I've never did it :) If the diameters in your pressfit bb are the same as in HTII, then the method will work.
