B N 4x better is with mini because it has a really high rate of fire. Bolt action rifles are good with both 4x and 8x but mainly 8x.

Because the mini is semi automatic, when the recoil kicks in, you want to keep eyes on your target, and the 8x zooms too much for that, and also the mini's bullet drop and effective range are much shorter than that of a Kar98K, M24 or AWM.
