Cycling Sacramento: South on Howe Ave from Hurley Way to University Ave. to Guy West Bridge

Riding south on Howe Ave from Hurley Way to University Ave. and the Guy West Bridge entrance, Sac State. The better option would be the American River Bike Trail which parallels Howe and is about 1/4 mile to the west. This video was shot just after 5:00 PM on Tuesday afternoon to show the road condition and traffic you can expect riding on Howe Ave.
