Requirements for Local Travel for APOR (especially going to Iloilo City) in 6 Steps
Step 1 ► Have yourself tested (Rapid-Test) and get your free Travel Certificate from your Baranggay
Step 2 ► Get your free Health Certification from your Baranggay Health Center (bring your documents from step 1)
Step 3 ► Photocopy ID, all documents in step 1 & step 2, Letter of Acceptance (from the one inviting you over to your place of destination) and then proceed to Police Station in your area (listed under your baranggay or district)
Step 4 ► Get your free Travel Authorization (TA) from your Police Station (bring one photocopy of each document mentioned in step 3)
Step 5 ► Pre-register before flying. Accomplish the Passenger Profile and Health Declaration Form (PPHD) three days before your flight. Here's the link

Step 6 ► Download Traze App, register and get alpha-numeric code and QR code www.traze.ph/
