Hello, I hope you see this comment, last night my toothache was so bad I was thinking of pulling my own tooth, I was on my knees in agony!
I was so desperate to try anything so I typed into TH-cam 'toothache meditation' I found a video which didn't help then I found your video and I felt so stupid thinking wow how could this help me.... I read the comments and that convinced me that this would help even a little bit I just needed to sleep....
I sat the phone on its side and watched your video and within seconds I felt relief 😮💨, within about 3 mins then pain was subsiding and I started falling asleep, amazing! 😍 Thank you so much ☺️
I woke up a few times during the night with my dog being restless but just put this video back on and fell asleep no problem 🎉❤❤❤

i have this in a playlist for my wisdom teeth surgery recovery and it’s only been one of the two weeks, and i’m already healed up- still gonna listen for the remainder of the typical healing process but i just wanted to testify to how powerful reiki really is.
there’s definitely still some tenderness, which i believe is mainly due to the stitches, but no pain (i’ve not needed my pain meds for days now and even before i stopped needing them, i didn’t have to take the strong ones- i only had to take the weaker ones they gave me and the antibiotic they gave)
i’ve been listening to the playlist nightly, for those wondering (i sleep with it in the background so i can heal myself subconsciously and don’t have to take extra time out of my day to do so, though it definitely can be nice to do that sometimes too)

I found this in such a timely manner. My latest xrays show something “suspicious” in the roots of my teeth. My dentist is on vacation for 3 weeks. I plan to sit with this video every day & I know whatever that is, it will turn out to be nothing. It's Saturday night now and I had a toothache that started Monday afternoon. Painkillers weren't helping much and I found this video yesterday afternoon ( I think). I listened once then to no effect, but was up in the night with the pain waiting to be able to take more pills, so I listened repeatedly for an hour and forty minutes. It was less painful this morning. Then I listened again repeatedly this morning and the pain seemed diminished again. And then this afternoon I continued to listen and by 6 pm there was no pain. And that is still the case!
I also listened to a video for all 12 body systems this morning, just to see what happened. I've had a tummy bug since yesterday as well with hot and cold periods. After the other body systems video I was shaking uncontrollably with cold and crying and for a while the toothache was bad again (but not for long).
This afternoon I have felt that I am now recovering from the tummy bug as well! I've been able to eat a bit!
So- all in all I am very grateful 🦋

How is your vertigo now? I had a bout with that some time ago. So severe that I threw up. There is an exercise where you do head tilting, supposed to reset something in the inner ear. You should be able to find it on UTube. Hope your better.
Thank you for asking@@sjbohag9476. I have recovered now. Apparently, I had inner ear infection due to regular use of cotton swabs, which is an absolute no. It may lead to scratching of your skin inside the ear, and may cause troubles in your inner/middle ear.
Also, I keep up with some cervical exercises. I believe that helps too.
