Hello Kristi!! The content you share is spectacular :) Could you make a video explaining different scenarios with clients regarding access and permissions in ClickUp based on your experience? For example, you mentioned that with this client, you only want to share a task view, so you just share the link. What would you do if you want to share the task view, a dashboard, and the Gantt view? Or if you want the client to be able to modify or add tasks? Thank you!!

Two questions! Do you know anything in regards to the plan to get that bug with the private tasks fixed? I started encountering it last night and it's a pain! AND you have your client portal as an embed, have you moved away from client dashboards as the client portal? I'm curious as I'm trying to decide what the best route for a client portal is for my business!
Great Qs! As for the bug with the private tasks, I would suggest submitting a help ticket to help@clickup.com and report it so they can work on it in your account specifically. Yes, we currently use G-Docs for the client portal for ONE project type being HoneyBook Setup clients. This is due to the fact that we tried a ton of different options, and felt that asking our HB client to create a ClickUp login was more of a barrier for them BUT it works great with other clients. This being said, it depends on your industry, use case of the portal, and how it helps your clients. Hope that helps! 😄
