While you’re in Western Ontario check out Caledonia. Here’s ten reasons why you’ll love it 👉th-cam.com/video/K1fSJHTJUr8/w-d-xo.html

Highly recommend. Let me know how you like it in 2024. Any other parks you recommend I visit in Ontario?

Love Rushing River. Camped there when i was younger. It's changed since then! Thanks for the tour.

Glad you enjoyed it. Funny how things change. The water lever was very high in the area so it made for an even better "rushing river."

    Hi there!
I'm going camping there for the first time soon and we have campsite 203. It's a walk-in site. Do you know how far away it is from the parking lot? Is it difficult to get there.
We have a toddler and am trying to prepare for it. The person from the campground that I spoke to over the phone didn't know.
Can i bring a wagon, or is the terrain not suitable for it? They are on the north side, I think.
Are you familiar with it? I read somewhere that the campsites can be 20-50 meters from the car park, but I don't know for sure.
Anything that you can share would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

I love this park, I was just there two weeks ago and stayed in a new site #79. I will be posting a new video about that site soon. In the meantime I can tell you a little bit more about the walk-in sites on the south side of the lake like 106, 105 and 102. I just posted video clips to my instagram so you can get an idea of what they are like. Each of these have an individual carpad net to the road and a short walk to the tent site overlooking the water. Find me at instagram.com/exploringcanada.info on Instagram
