The reason I subscribed was because I started posting on TH-cam only about last week ( I used to post but I didn’t post art and I stopped 8 months ago) and I was looking at art channels are ur channel popped up! So I have it a look and omg- it’s amazing! Ur style, theme, video types! And u have helped me so me so much to improve, that’s why I subscribed! And some of your videos have helped me grow so much! Honestly I don't really get those people who get depressed or stop drawing because of other people's comments, because for me I love drawing and I never ask for advice; I just let my art grow as I grow, I don't need advice. If I need advice, I look at references and that's my advice. Even if somebody comments on my drawings if it's bad, I honestly don't care and what I focus on is when I see somebody's art that (in my opinion) looks better than my art, I don't think, "Man, they're so good, I'll never be as good as them," I think, "Man, one day I'll be just as good as them, maybe even better." And the only way to accomplish that is to keep drawing and keep practicing. I know it may be harder for other people as they have different mindsets, but you can train yourself to think differently. I hope those who read this helps and maybe you will pick up your pencil again and keep on going until you are satisfied with the great progress you've made.
(I know I may seem a little offensive at the beginning. I promise I didn't mean any rudeness to slip in and I apologize if you thought so!)

Hello sparkle I love the thumbnail but I want to ask if you will ever do an age reveal as I am 16 and my art isn't as good and I want to know how old you are too :)
Idk if she’s gonna reply to this but I just wanted to say comparison is the thief of joy and honestly it’s not best to compare ages with art, it can be hard but it’s not great for confidence sometimes. All that matters is how much work you put in!
@@MintysSketchbook I just wanted to say, that you are very right. Sometimes, its hard not to compare, especially if you post your art online. You will never feel “perfect” and sometimes even discouraged, but everyone is good at different things and it’s important NOT to compare!! Also, I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS, MINTY!!
Hi! So I’m not planning on revealing my age but, regardless, I wouldn’t recommend comparing ages to one’s ‘level’ of art. Everyone’s on a different path in their art journey and that means we’re all at different stages too.
