Wow! This is just so appreciated coming up with step-by-step detailed guide on the shipping process. Can’t wait for the other steps in the process to complete the series. Thanks heaps JS!
I can't believe this video only has 10K views. It deserves at least 100K. Great editing and clearly organized. I have a question if you don't mind. If you live near an Amazon warehouse, can you bring your boxes there yourself instead of paying for them to be shipped?
Hey! Great video. I got a question, when I will send my product via fbm method , I supposed to pay for shipping my own moneys, or it will included in customer order price?
If you are just starting out, how do you know how many units to ship to Amazon? If it is shipped in one box, would it only go to one fulfilment center and then take longer to ship across the country? Great video! Thanks!
It depends on your product and the demand in a niche. Some people start with 100 units or less, others with more! When it comes to shipping to Amazon's warehouse, sometimes, Amazon will ask you to ship your product to multiple warehouses
Great video! Can you please advice me how do I get IOR (Importer of record) to setup amazon global logistics account? Do I use myself as IOR or a third party? Setting up global logistics account is impossible without this. Also, does Freightos also require IOR? I’m trying to figure out which one to use for my shipping plan. Help is greatly appreciated!
We recommend that you register as an IOR with customs authorities in the country where you are importing inventory. An IOR is needed to import products into the USA, even when using Frightos. An IOR is responsible for: - ensuring the imported products comply with the local laws and regulations - paying and filing the duties, taxes and documents associated with the imports.
hi there, im currently working on first shipment plan, im at the stage to select Spd or LTL. I have 7 boxes im shipping that weight about 38 pounds each. each variation ski in each box. my question is, do I select Spd for this? and if I do, it mentioned each box needs a label. in my case, would I label each shipping box with a shipping label even though they are in the same workflow/shipment?
Thanks for the response. Can you also give me info on Country of origin and labeling? Does it need to be on the actual product itself and packaging or just the carton It gets shipped to Amazon warehouse in? Going from china to usa
Thank you for making this wonderful video! My goods are shipped from China and I am in Canada. Regarding the : should I enter supplier‘s address or my address (which is in Canada?
Not really! You can sell these via FBA or FBM. Here's a great guide that you may find useful: www.junglescout.com/resources/articles/amazon-retail-arbitrage/
Thanks for these informative videos!! Their a lifesaver...So, if I'm selling my units in sets, like sets of 8, do i package them myself before shipping them to amazon or do they do that??
Thanks for the video. I am new with the Amazon FBA. What are the steps please? Do I need to create my listing on FBA before ordering my products or? Do I need to create a shipping plan before ordering my products?
Hi! Great video and very informative. I’m just starting and was wondering about how to get the ASIN number. Didn’t see this covered in the video. Thanks
Great video! quick question regarding the FNSKU, from what I understand when you create an amazon listing you will get the FNSKU and you when you create an amazon shipping plan you will also get an FNSKU. Is it the same ? or the amazon listing FNSKU must be stuck on the packaging of the product and shipping plan FNSKU must be stuck on the cartons/box ?
4:00 .. Two questions plz 1- Is the expecting (date to deliver to Amazon store) or (date of courier start shipping)? 2- How I could edit shipping date, there is no edit option ?? thank you
Does Jungle Scout show approximate numbers of how many of different sizes of a product was sold? Even though different sizes have a different ASIN, when I check for example how many daily units sold, it shows the same number for all sizes. This information would help to figure out how many of a particular size should I order from a supplier.
The great news is that you can pay with a Card as long as your card has the following: - A primary credit card logo attached, such as MasterCard, Visa, or AMEX - An expiration date - CVC
so by just choosing amazon to handle all shipping they will pick it up from supplier and have it sent to a fullfillment center ? i wouldnt need a freight fowarder? thank you again.
hello! This is the first time I am sending any shipment to amazon fba. I have 3 different listings of different models of same type of product. Each listing have 25 packets to be shipped. So, Listing 1= 25 packets (IN 1 BIG PACK) lets say Big packet 1 Listing 2= 25 packets (IN 1 BIG PACK) lets say Big packet 2 Listing 3= 25 packets (IN 1 BIG PACK) lets say Big packet 3 Is that possible for me to ship (Big packet 1+Big packet 2+Big packet 3) in one Big Shipment? If Yes! Then how i can do it? Thanks to JS for so much helping videos!
I found this forum that might have the answer to that. Check it out here: sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/forums/t/individual-vs-case-packed-products/191731
Great video well explained I got same size product but with 7 colour variation each box got 15 units of same colour each colour 30 means two boxes 15 Unite each need to send to Amazon FBA same for all colours totally unit 210 should I use individual option or another case pack option plz help
Hi! That sounds complicated, we can help - you need to do case pack and clearly label the entire shipment as well as each box with the variation labels. Amazon will provide you with the labels, you'll just need to ensure everything is labeled correctly. Make sure colors are not mixed between boxes :)
@@junglescout thanks for the kind reply actually my supplier in China will prep and label the boxes but on amazone I have to apply the right way does the label have colour mention on it when we apply for label and should I go for case packing ?or individual …as my supplier advice me that they going to put 15 unit of same colour in 1 box not mixed colours then according to there advice should I go for case pack what you recommend
greetings scout boys, I am a bit confused here but let me break it down!!! How do I know if my product falls under SPD or LTL? I have a product and each single product weighs about 1.3kg. I made an order for 100pc which is about 130 - 135kg. Here is the thing, 1 brown outer packed carton can only occupy 10 products, I will have a total of outer 10 cartons in total, and each carton will weigh 13kg x 10pc 130kg. so, are these products a small parcel delivery (SPD) or Truckload (TLT)? do I need to palletize this or i should just send them like that. thank you in advance 😀
If it’s less than 30 cartons, you’re going to use SPD. If it’s greater than 30 cartons, then you can use LTL. Here's our article that may help: www.junglescout.com/blog/shipping-your-amazon-product/
Per Amazon, Boxes must not exceed these maximum size and weight requirements: No more than 25.00 inches on any side and no more than 50.00 lb total, unless the box contains an individual oversize item that exceeds these limits. You can check our article about this here: www.junglescout.com/blog/amazon-packaging-requirements/
Three questions 1) I plan to ship from my house and if I live near a fufillment centre (I live 3 or 4km away from one) is it possible to drop off the item myself to save money or would local delivery be so cheap for me that it wouldn't matter? 2) If the item I'm selling is in a cardboard box by default (like an item I bought cheap at a store and wish to resell) do I then need to put that box inside ANOTHER box? If the answer is yes, would padding like bubble wrap be a nessesity because I'd image there be padding inside the default box already. 3) Is there any different things I need to do on my end if I choose SPD vs. LTL or will Amazon handle the difference?
1. No. You will need to ship via a carrier. Amazon has certain standards and requirements when it comes to incoming packages to fulfillment centers. 2. This Seller Central TH-cam video can guide you on prep and packaging requirements: th-cam.com/video/n-8y-X8ljns/w-d-xo.html 3. Just make sure to enter the correct box details, dimensions, etc. You can check our article guide here: www.junglescout.com/blog/shipping-your-amazon-product/
@@junglescout Ok I have done more research since I left that comment and have learned that there is some kind of 25 inch limit for the longest side rule. What if I plan to ship from my house and plan to ship small items (cubic feet and weight wise) but are long enough to breach the 25 inch limit. Are they eligible as SPD since the cubic feet and weight are low? or do I have to select LTL despite no pallets are involved? Edit: I have also seen some people were able to drop off their packages at UPS and have Amazon pick it up from that UPS. Do I just put that UPS' address?
Thanks for the video. If I have 3 different kind of products say 10unit per each in one box and send to FBA warehouse, do FBA warehouse help me unbox the product and store as inventory? Or they expect what I send to FBA is already for individual customer and won't help me unbox?
I have 2 questions ... The first one is do i have to be there in usa to receive my products when they arrive or amazon will do all the work and me make me know the process of operation ( since i am not in usa and i cant be there ...) The second one how many days generally it takes to ship products from china to amazon warehouse and start selling Thank you guys
Love the video! Question though! My FBA account doesn't have any partnered carriers as an option? I used to be able to ship UPS, fed ex, DHL.. but none of the carriers say (partnered) next to them anymore and it will not charge me for the shipment!
I suggest reaching out to seller support about that but here are Amazon articles that are related to Partnered Carriers: sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/201119120 sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/help.html?itemID=201530080&language=en_US&ref=efph_201530080_cont_201119120 ^EG
Where are you shipping from when you are choosing SPD vs LTL? Is it the freight forwarder/3pl? And if yes, isn't the freight forwarder supposed to already cover it in their cost as they ask you about what fba warehouse you are sending to when you create your freightos account.
@@junglescout Thank you so much. So in the situation where a freight forwarder takes care of everything, you do not have to purchase a label from Amazon partnered services correct?
Thanks for your feedback! 😊 Yes, you can add the product first but it will stay inactive until Amazon confirms receipt and automatically activates your listing. ^EG
You can ask your supplier to put the label for you and prep the products or choose to get Amazon FBA prep and label service. We have a great article on Amazon prep and label service here: pulse.ly/nltmph03id. If you are sourcing from China, there is an option called Amazon Global Logistics. In AGL, Amazon takes care of your shipment from the factory to the fulfillment centers. Here's our video on this: pulse.ly/2wxub9lcxs
The Pallet labels are generated when you create the shipping plan. You will go to Prepare Shipment plan -> Work on Shipment -> Less than a truckload -> Enter the correct box / Unit quantity, then click Print Pallet labels. This generates the pallet label PDF.
Great video as always but question... how do you put the information about the measurements and weight when you're doing wholesale and the merchandise are sent in pallets? ... I'll appreciate it
You can only use the Amazon Partnered Carrier to ship the products from a US location to the Amazon FBA warehouse. If you need a service to ship the products from China to the Amazon FBA warehouse, you can explore the Amazon Global Logistics service.
Great video as always! Just one question - Why would you have to pay shipping fees again to Amazon warehouse? I mean if the freight forwarder sends the goods directly from China by boat (DDP) to the warehouse from Amazon? I don't understand this part really good.
We appreciate your feedback! Sometimes, freight forwarders assist you to arrange everything but Amazon is still the one picking it up from where it is initially stored but if your freight forwarder will be shipping it out to Amazon warehouse, then there won't be a shipping fee. ^EG
I think he mentioned for wholesale shipment plan which will have to to be done nationally, the issue you raised is for PL and most probably from china or international courier, In that case you dont have to pay to Amazon for shipment since it has to be do b paid and done by your supplier or manufacturer.
Sure! Box dimensions must not exceed 63.5 cm on any side unless the dimension of a single shippable unit exceeds 63.5 cm in itself. Each box must weigh no more than 23 kg unless it contains one single oversized item that exceeds 23 kg.
Very informative video. Do you have any guidance/video on how to do FBA if my listing has 2 items. On each sale I want amazon to take one of each products and ship them together to the customer? I would really appreciate any help.
Thank you for your useful information,I start my amazon arbitrage journey ,i will send my products from my home but please is there any problem if I send my products in the supplier's box that he sent it to me already
Great video! Question: I already paid my supplier for international shipping and import taxes from China to France (where I sell). Can I only create packing labels for my supplier without generating the shipping label on Amazon? I want to avoid paying shipping twice. If yes, is there some way to indicate the shipping tracking code to Amazon? thanks!
You can opt for another shipping service to send your products to the Amazon warehouse. However, you still need to print the FNSKU code which identifies your products in the Amazon warehouse. This can be printed once you create a shipping plan.
Hello, this seems such a silly question but I must ask. I've done all the above, got a label and set a date with the discounted UPS service. Is it literally UPS show up to me door to collect the package, or am I shipping it myself but using UPS to deliver to Amazon? I understand it's a silly question but I'd appreciate any help! Thanks
How are you selling? If you're selling FBA then you will ship directly from your supplier to Amazon & Amazon ranges the shipping to your customer when you make a sale! If you're selling FBM you will ship from your supplier to yourself (or your own warehouse) then when you make a sale you will ship from yourself to the customer 😊
@@junglescout I apologise for my poor wording. I’m selling via FBA. To get my product physically to the Amazon fulfilment Centre, I opted to use the discounted UPS service Amazon offer. I’ve printed the label and the product is ready to go. Is it that UPS will arrive at my house to collect the package to then bring it to an Amazon centre?
Can I just just tape the paper with the shipping label and fba label together (1 paper 2 labels), or I have to cut them off into 2 separate pieces of labels and tape them separately in the package ?
Once you complete your shipping plan; Amazon will provide you with an address to one of their warehouses and from there you will give that address or addresses to your supplier. Keep in mind that before you create your shipping plan you need to know the dimensions and weight of your product, the box, and the package they will be shipped in. You also will need to know your supplier's address! If you do not know any of this information and you just want an estimate for shipping purposes then the rule of thumb is to provide them with the Dallas, Texas Amazon warehouse. That address is: 33333 J J Lemmon Rd, Dallas, TX 75241
Hello! As you mentioned that you can change the shipping date later once you confirm shipment, i tried to find it but i couldn't. So can you please guide me how to change my shipment date? Thank you 😊

I have made my first shipment but due to some production problems my order delayed more than 90 days to arrive in the USA and the status is showing CLOSED.after 4 days that my status showed CLOSED the tracking was updated. Will amazon accept my shipment? it was shipped with seafreight and after the fedex picked up.thanks
@@junglescout thanks for your response! i contacted them and they told me , as long as the carrier have a dock appointment they will still receive the shipments even that the status is closed! Please help me answer one question: My product packaging only has the FNSKU, no logo, product name, or anything else. Is that okay to send it to the Amazon warehouse?
It's totally okay to send it, however, in the future, if you want to use Brand Registry, you'll need to change the packaging to have your logo/name on it!

Hello . greetings to you all I have a product consisting of 749 pieces. 18 cartons (17 cartons, each carton contains 42 pieces, and the last carton contains 32 pieces). I want to make a shipping plan for them. My question when writing the shipping plan: How can I add the last carton that contains 32 pieces? Do I add them alone or what? Another question. The goods are at an external warehouse (3PL WEREHOUSE COMPANY) and I want to send only 5 cartons (210 pieces) to the Amazon warehouse as an initial shipment. In the shipping plan, do I write all the 18 cartons, or only the 5 cartons that I want to ship? This is so that I can get an Amazon label for all the cartons. Thanks
What should I do with this error?: "This product exceeds the allowed volume for Apparel storage. Click the Storage Volume monitor to view the maximum shipment volume for Apparel storage". If I have variations,4 different products with 3 different sizes and 2 different colors and want to sell on Amazon as a set, How do I list that and also do I pay for 6 GTIN?
Yes, in that case, you will need 6 UPC codes. And here you can read more about how to create variations: www.junglescout.com/blog/amazon-product-listing-variations/
Yes! Here is the article we keep handy because it does a great job of outlining the types of packs: sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/help.html?itemID=200257960
Great! Could you please explain how to know a product already sold on amazon? suppose I choose a product from alibaba how i can find the exact (100%) product on amazon? I know how to search by name and category (it shows the similir not exact one) If i choose a product from alibaba without costumiztion (private label) does alibaba provide GTINs (Product ID)? Thanks
From my understanding, there's no way to search for the exact same product on Amazon. The product may have been modified or improved by the private label seller on Amazon which explains the difference. Usually, you should get your own product's UPC (GTIN), though you can request for a GTIN exemption on Amazon which is explained in our article here: www.junglescout.com/blog/amazon-gtin-exemption/ 😉 - FO
@@junglescout I do appreciate your great support, this article was really helpful but still I couldn’t find the path how to go forward as below: 1- for private label/ brand can parches UPC its ok 2- for some products can apply exemption it’s ok I want to sell a product which is already available in Amazon (I don’t know if it’s called retail arbitrage) so how to find the exact product in the market/alibaba? In another way if I found a product in Walmart/online, how to find does this product has UPC or not? Thanks 😊
You may actually find the manufacturer of the product by using our Supplier Database! You can also search online if there is an exclusive distributor or manufacturer of that specific product. If you are buying a branded product from Walmart or online retailers, it means that it already has a UPC or a unique identifier. Amazon has a great article that explains this in detail here: sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/201844590 😁 - FO
How do i correct a mistake on wrong weight of product after confirming shipping charges to Amazon warehouse? I need to change the weight as it affect the FBA fees on my product
Is it normal for Amazon to send each case pack to a different Amazon location? My supplier is asking to send all shipments to the same warehouse because it is more cost effective.
Hello i have a question, why would you print the sku labels to be attached on the packaging yet in your other videos you say that the only label to be attached on the product packaging is the FNSKU label?
If you are only doing FBA, then FNSKU is all you need! FNSKU is a unique code that links a product to a seller. FBA sellers must print off FNSKU labels and affix them to the packaging of every product they send to Amazon, unless they want their products to be commingled. SKU is specifically for the seller’s benefit; a code/description you choose to help manage your inventory and keep track of your products.
Am sorry but please help me understand better.Am really having a hard time connecting this video to ur reply regarding my question.in this video at 2:17 , u mentioned that the sku labels should be printed and sent to the supplier so he can attach it to the products packaging and in ur response to my question u said that FNSKU label is all u need on ur packaging. So why does the seller need to send the SKU label to the supplier?Do u mind clarifying a little bit more? I would really appreciate
Ahh, it was just a shortened way to refer to it! When you send your labels and shipping information to be fixed while shipping, you send only what Amazon instructs you to
I’m creating a shipment plan. But when I put that I want Amazon labeling my product it’s charging me per unit which I have 7200 units and that’s coming out to like 4k in fees. But I’m selling the product as 48 units per pack. Im confused!??
Hey guys, if I wanted to send my initial shipment from my supplier to my home address using FOB can my supplier create a shipping label or do I have to create this myself?
While creating the shipping plan, you're given the option to print the labels. You can save it as PDF and contact your supplier with that info (email for example). Check out min 2:06 of the video.
@@junglescout unfortunately the reason I’m sending to my home is because Amazon has been giving me trouble approving my product. I have provided every piece of information they’ve asked for but continue to close each case without providing me any explanation. It’s a product that’s widely sold on Amazon, I have brand registry and my trademark. So I’m going to send to my home because my supplier can’t keep all my inventory at their warehouse any longer. I can’t create a shipping plan without my product being approved. It will not allow me to get to the step to print labels.
Sorry for the confusion. You will use the shipping plan when you are going to send your products to one of Amazon FBA warehouses. If it's a shipment between you and the supplier, you can coordinate with your supplier regarding that. With FOB Shipment, usually, the supplier will only be responsible for the shipment up to the port of origin.
Do you mean the Amazon Fulfillment Center assign to your shipment? If so, it is not possible to change or choose the FBA warehouse in Seller Central. This is automatically selected for you by Amazon.

You would need to work out with your supplier in regards to barcodes. Check out our blog post on Barcodes here: www.junglescout.com/blog/amazon-gtin-exemption/
You can certainly have Amazon do it! Their charge is the most expensive, but it is very easy especially if inventory is already at or on the way to Amazon. The alternatives are your manufacturer or supplier doing it for less (often 5 - 10 cents or for free), having a 3PL (third party logistics center) do it for a smaller fee, or if you have access for free. It's completely up to you!

Okay great 👍
you are the champ
Thank you for your feedback! 😊
An IOR is responsible for:
- ensuring the imported products comply with the local laws and regulations
- paying and filing the duties, taxes and documents associated with the imports.
hi there, im currently working on first shipment plan, im at the stage to select Spd or LTL. I have 7 boxes im shipping that weight about 38 pounds each. each variation ski in each box. my question is, do I select Spd for this? and if I do, it mentioned each box needs a label. in my case, would I label each shipping box with a shipping label even though they are in the same workflow/shipment?
If you do not require a full truck to ship those boxes, then SPD should be fine.
And yes, you will need to put a shipping label on all boxes
Thanks for the response. Can you also give me info on Country of origin and labeling? Does it need to be on the actual product itself and packaging or just the carton It gets shipped to Amazon warehouse in? Going from china to usa
It should be on the product itself and on the product packaging.

Hey! Thanks so much, glad you enjoyed the content! 🙂

Hi! Great video and very informative. I’m just starting and was wondering about how to get the ASIN number. Didn’t see this covered in the video. Thanks
ASIN number will be assigned by Amazon when you add the product.
Thanks!
You can get the FNSKU printed once you complete the Shipping Plan. You must affix the FNSKU on the each product packaging, not the cartons or boxes.
@@junglescout Thank you! You can also get it once you completed your amazon listing. If I understand correctly, it's the same FNSKU ?
Yes, after you have completed your listing and created your shipping plan in Seller Central.

Yes, we do! Check it out here: www.junglescout.com/blog/shipping-to-amazon-fba/
We can create shipping before or after an order???
Hi Syed! You can only create a shipping plan once an order has been placed by a customer!
4:00 .. Two questions plz
1- Is the expecting (date to deliver to Amazon store) or (date of courier start shipping)?
2- How I could edit shipping date, there is no edit option ??
thank you
Hi there it's the date of courier start and you can not edit, it's an estimate.
Does Jungle Scout show approximate numbers of how many of different sizes of a product was sold? Even though different sizes have a different ASIN, when I check for example how many daily units sold, it shows the same number for all sizes. This information would help to figure out how many of a particular size should I order from a supplier.
We can show variation data if the items have different BSRs. I'm afraid if they have the same BSR, it shows as one.
Hey guys, I'm interested in joining Jungle Scout and was wondering if you accept prepaid credit cards?
The great news is that you can pay with a Card as long as your card has the following:
- A primary credit card logo attached, such as MasterCard, Visa, or AMEX
- An expiration date
- CVC
so by just choosing amazon to handle all shipping they will pick it up from supplier and have it sent to a fullfillment center ? i wouldnt need a freight fowarder? thank you again.
This shipping plan is to ship your products from where your products will be picked up (domestically) and sent to the Amazon fulfillment center.
hello!
This is the first time I am sending any shipment to amazon fba.
I have 3 different listings of different models of same type of product.
Each listing have 25 packets to be shipped.
So,
Listing 1= 25 packets (IN 1 BIG PACK) lets say Big packet 1
Listing 2= 25 packets (IN 1 BIG PACK) lets say Big packet 2
Listing 3= 25 packets (IN 1 BIG PACK) lets say Big packet 3
Is that possible for me to ship (Big packet 1+Big packet 2+Big packet 3) in one Big Shipment?
If Yes!
Then how i can do it?
Thanks to JS for so much helping videos!
I found this forum that might have the answer to that. Check it out here: sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/forums/t/individual-vs-case-packed-products/191731

Hi! That sounds complicated, we can help - you need to do case pack and clearly label the entire shipment as well as each box with the variation labels. Amazon will provide you with the labels, you'll just need to ensure everything is labeled correctly. Make sure colors are not mixed between boxes :)

greetings scout boys,
I am a bit confused here but let me break it down!!!
How do I know if my product falls under SPD or LTL?
I have a product and each single product weighs about 1.3kg. I made an order for 100pc which is about 130 - 135kg. Here is the thing, 1 brown outer packed carton can only occupy 10 products, I will have a total of outer 10 cartons in total, and each carton will weigh 13kg x 10pc 130kg. so, are these products a small parcel delivery (SPD) or Truckload (TLT)?
do I need to palletize this or i should just send them like that.
thank you in advance
😀
If it’s less than 30 cartons, you’re going to use SPD. If it’s greater than 30 cartons, then you can use LTL. Here's our article that may help: www.junglescout.com/blog/shipping-your-amazon-product/
@@junglescout my outer brown carton size is 53*23*38CM is it safe?
Per Amazon, Boxes must not exceed these maximum size and weight requirements: No more than 25.00 inches on any side and no more than 50.00 lb total, unless the box contains an individual oversize item that exceeds these limits. You can check our article about this here: www.junglescout.com/blog/amazon-packaging-requirements/
Three questions
1) I plan to ship from my house and if I live near a fufillment centre (I live 3 or 4km away from one) is it possible to drop off the item myself to save money or would local delivery be so cheap for me that it wouldn't matter?
2) If the item I'm selling is in a cardboard box by default (like an item I bought cheap at a store and wish to resell) do I then need to put that box inside ANOTHER box? If the answer is yes, would padding like bubble wrap be a nessesity because I'd image there be padding inside the default box already.
3) Is there any different things I need to do on my end if I choose SPD vs. LTL or will Amazon handle the difference?
1. No. You will need to ship via a carrier. Amazon has certain standards and requirements when it comes to incoming packages to fulfillment centers.
2. This Seller Central TH-cam video can guide you on prep and packaging requirements: th-cam.com/video/n-8y-X8ljns/w-d-xo.html
So the box 25-inch rule applies to SPD, LTL, or FTL.
Thanks for the video. If I have 3 different kind of products say 10unit per each in one box and send to FBA warehouse, do FBA warehouse help me unbox the product and store as inventory? Or they expect what I send to FBA is already for individual customer and won't help me unbox?
Hey Cheng! I believe that the FBA warehouse will unbox and prep it for the shopper. 😉
I have 2 questions ...
The first one is do i have to be there in usa to receive my products when they arrive or amazon will do all the work and me make me know the process of operation ( since i am not in usa and i cant be there ...)
The second one how many days generally it takes to ship products from china to amazon warehouse and start selling

Where are you shipping from when you are choosing SPD vs LTL? Is it the freight forwarder/3pl? And if yes, isn't the freight forwarder supposed to already cover it in their cost as they ask you about what fba warehouse you are sending to when you create your freightos account.
Yes, freight forwarders offer services where they would take care of everything for you. ^EG
@@junglescout Thank you so much. So in the situation where a freight forwarder takes care of everything, you do not have to purchase a label from Amazon partnered services correct?

if I select UPS ( Amazon partnered carrier), the shown price includes pickup from factory (in China) to Amazon fulfilment center (USA) ?

Ahhh! If you have the product with you then, yes! 😊
Can I just just tape the paper with the shipping label and fba label together (1 paper 2 labels), or I have to cut them off into 2 separate pieces of labels and tape them separately in the package ?
Do I first need a product listing before I can create a shipping plan to get the rough quote?
Once you complete your shipping plan; Amazon will provide you with an address to one of their warehouses and from there you will give that address or addresses to your supplier.
Keep in mind that before you create your shipping plan you need to know the dimensions and weight of your product, the box, and the package they will be shipped in. You also will need to know your supplier's address!
If you do not know any of this information and you just want an estimate for shipping purposes then the rule of thumb is to provide them with the Dallas, Texas Amazon warehouse.

Sorry for the confusion. You will use the shipping plan when you are going to send your products to one of Amazon FBA warehouses. If it's a shipment between you and the supplier, you can coordinate with your supplier regarding that. With FOB Shipment, usually, the supplier will only be responsible for the shipment up to the port of origin.
how can i change the amazon FBA location , example i want location near new york , but i get somewhere in Chicago & Philadelphia
Do you mean the Amazon Fulfillment Center assign to your shipment? If so, it is not possible to change or choose the FBA warehouse in Seller Central. This is automatically selected for you by Amazon.
Hi, when i create a new shipment plan, under information/action column says, "no labelling required". It's new listing and already FBA. what should i do to print amazon barcodes/labels?
Thanks in advance
Hmmm that's weird! Is this for new inventory you want to send in to Amazon through FBA
Hi Team,
I am an FBA seller, i sent my units via UPS to Amazon Warehouse in USA. UPS website is stating that delivery is done and closed but in my amazon shipping plan i am seeing that amazon has closed my shipping plan and received units is showing Zero. Contacted Seller Support but as usual there is no such help!
How should we solve problem like this? Any help would be much appreciated guys!
What's the date stated in the UPS website that it was delivered? ^EG
Hi there is an error kept on coming saying the product must be removed from the shipment because there are currently no fulfilment centres in the destination country capable of receiving the product also 1 warning of boxes that the weight more then 15kg must be clearly marked heavy package on top and side how do I do that? Please help
You need to contact Amazon Seller Central support to determine why this is the case. Here's a Seller Central forum discussion that may help sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/4a70e37978315d853f7c0dbbef58cad3
hello, thanks for the video, if amazon is doing online arbitration, if i buy the product from the supplier and send it directly to amazon warehouse, is there any problem if amazon sticks the barcodes?
or do i have to work with intermediate repository which is better
You would need to work out with your supplier in regards to barcodes.

@@junglescout why should i work I can give 50 cents per item to amazon like preparation
@@junglescout thank you amazona i don't know the box dimensions and i don't know the address of the supplier what should i do? is there any problem about this? And how much does amazon charge per item, 1 dollar?
@@junglescout Will the products be lost or out of stock?
I am printing out my shipping label info to send to the supplier, but noticed it says, Ships from "My Name" as opposed to my company's name even though all my seller central account is under my company's name? Why is this, and where could I change this setting?
You should be able to edit your shipping plan before you print it
I waiting video
Which video are you waiting for? 😊^PW
if i send the products to amazon warehouse, how will the customer be able to get their order if the product is in the warehouse? im kinda slow on this
Once the order is placed, Amazon ships it :)

If your inventory is on the way and you mistakenly deleted your listing from the seller central then what should amazon do with your listing and does amazon accept the inventory??
You can try retrieving your deleted listing in your Inventory?
@@junglescout can you please elaborate??
Try undo-ing the action or emailing Seller support for help to restore the listing!
@@junglescout Ok Thanks 😍
@@junglescout I have one more question If in case we mistankely deleted the listing from the account then Amazon accept our inventory?? and i think when it arrives at the fulfillment amazon put it to stranded inventory...
How do you know which amazon to send to ?
Amazon will assign you a warehouse automatically after you create the shipping plan 😀
I have a question, the new product I created was existing in amazon - but when I am trying to add the stocks, it doesnt give me that "open box" to put in the stocks qty.. can anyone help?
Hey Maziar! I recommend reaching out to Seller Central support if the "Units" box isn't available in the Shipping Plan creation. 😁
I live in CA but why are my shipments separated and sent to VA and TX?
Great question! Amazon separates shipments and houses your products in different locations so they are able to get your products out to customers quicker or through Prime!
I have a product that I will send from China, but when I got the label from Amazon, there is no country of manufacture in it. Should I write the country of manufacture on the label?
Is that an FNSKU that you are referring to or a shipping label?
@@junglescout shipping label
item label
Amazon shipping label is from where it will be coming from/will be picked up within the country.
Yes, you can.

@@junglescout I am a new seller and I don't have anything listed as a product. Howe can I make shipping plan and nothing existed their?.
You'll need to create a shipping plan only when you have a listing up. You can draft one to start and edit it later or delete it all together :)

Hey i have question if i have more then 10 box to ship to amazon then what should i do because amazon only allow 10 box to send i have 300 units in 20 box please explain
You should only send your FBA storage limit but I suggest monitoring your Inventory, so you can send more as soon as you can and avoid running out of stock
@@junglescout hello, i am having the same problem, 500 units 20 boxes 20 different SKU's. Will i not be able to sell 10 of them until it's time to replenish?
Hi, JS! Please help. I got an error in creating a Shipping Plan, said I have to create a new offer and use Amazon barcode instead of Manufacturer barcode. This product has 9 variations. I'll change the offer for the 9 variations so that I can proceed with the Shipping Plan. My question is, how can I link this new offer/listing
that I will create to it's parent listing? I hope my question makes sense and thank you for you help.
Did you try creating variants under the existing parent listing?
@@junglescout not yet. Do you have a video on how to do this?
@@junglescout hi, yes! this is how I created the listing. I have 9 variations. However, due to the error with the Shipping Plan that I need to change it from Manufacturer code to Amazon code. It seems I need to re-list these variations. Can I still use the same UPC I already had? I'm so lost
Just to confirm, did you use the manufacturer code to create a shipping plan or a listing?
@@junglescout hi, I followed through your video on how to create a listing and it didn't ask what kind of code I prefer. It's just the usual but it appears the listing is created as Manufacturer code by default and changing it to Amazon code especially for products with variations is a pain. 😭
