I have to comment , your accent is, dead on, Louisianan! I know you are Ukrainian; I love that you are a chef, and it is icing on the the top that you have a Cajun accent!

Fantastic as always! We have these here in Austria too. We call it "Palatschinken". We fill it with sweet curd, jam, meat or what ever one likes. Jam is the most common version.

At the 20:20 mark, “I can keep eating, and eating, and eating.” That’s what I discovered when I 1st tried these in a Polish restaurant. And sadly(?), that’s all I order now. I just love them so much. Plus, you did cheese and strawberry. THE BEST! They should be illegal they are so good and addicting.
Polish women cooks, just Rock! You don't know the power you have. Thank you for the tease!

Plus, surrounding country cooks as well! Varieties and tweaks are welcome as well.
      Just do it! I surrender.

Wow, another “must try” recipe! Jenetta - do you always eat them warm? I feel like they’d be amazing cold, maybe with whipped cream or a dollop of ice cream too! As always, a great video. Keep it up!

And yet another great video. If you want les tang you can substitute one package of cream cheese with marscapone , also you can substitute the regular sugar with powdered sugar. That's the recipe I got from my grandmother. She would also ad a tiny splash of lemon juice or lemon zest to her glaze. But she was German so I'm sure that everyone has their own little tricks. But such a simple recipe for a great dessert or even breakfast or brunch item. Thanks again for bringing me back to my childhood. Love you guys and your videos keep up the great work and as always stay safe.

Ricotta is pronounced REE (Like SEE) -COT (Like GOT) TA. RI-COT-TA! I hope that helps! It's very good as a layer in Lasagna.

Another better way to measure flour for recipes like this (or bread) where it's critical is to use a scale.

Jenna !! another amazing video ! Just a heads up in "cooking" from around the world your "strawberry jam" is called a Coulis, :P (So you made a Strawberry coulis ) PS the word been french , and that goes for all your other berry desert sauce's, .... it just seemed odd hearing jam ! :) Any way All the best from NZ , .......

I enjoy the recipes that you make, the only down side is that you do not include the Directions on how to make them. I like to put a recipe that I like into my Cook'N that way when I go to make the recipe, I have all the information needed to make the recipe. To make your recipe I have to fine it on TH-cam and run the video, and stopping every other step, then go to my kitchen and do that step, then come back to my computer for the next step. (I am 80 years old, and do not move fast) so before I can complete the recipe, it is a mest.
