I have friends who just diss me everyday in school, the gym keeps me motivated, it gives me a reason to keep fighting, I WILL NEVER STOP MY FIGHTING, AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU. There is a world out there beyond this one.
If they diss you every day, they are not your friends - that is not what friends do. You are worth more, and deserve better than what they are giving you.
Stay away from people who pull you down and drain your energy, and go make some friends who will support you and lift you up. Be the friend you want to have, and you will attract those people into your life.

I have listened to this every day for the last two weeks and have already seen a difference. The vision of the ghosts of dreams and ideas at my death bed almost brought me to tears the first time I heard it.

The truth is that everybody wants to be financially independent and live a better life. With savvy investing, an inexpensive lifestyle, and diligent budgeting, this is not difficult to do. I'm glad I realized early on that achieving financial freedom requires hard work.
Investment is a fabulous way to save money for the future as well as a way to generate passive income. Those who make poor mistakes early in life regret them later in life. But, if done alone, investing may be challenging and risky.
For this reason, I suggest consulting experts for advice (financial advisors).

I didn't do a pushup since 2020 i gained 10kg
I started training months ago again at home
I always imagine myself training so hard doing push ups so i can feel good cuz i tried many times to do one push up and i failed every time
Today i felt depressed and cried i felt angry my motivational voice told me so many stuff
I get myself up i was so angry
I did 7 push ups
I was amazed I didn't do push ups since 2020 i tried so many times i couldn't until today
I said to myself the impossible is possible

The Good News is that God's promise of entering his place of rest still stands. It was announced to us just as it was to some people of old. But it did them no good because they didn't believe what God told them. They couldn't enter because of disobedience and unbelief.
