I'm a 59 year old woman who has survived cancer, molestation, rape and many hardships. I heard a lot of people speak but never heard a story so close to mine. When I heard les Brown I was blown away by the label put on him as a youth. I always thought I was stupid and heard it almost everyday of my life. After surviving cancer I asked God to make me whole mentally and open new doors. He led me to hear this man. I'm in a communication class and we had to choose a speech I chose this one. I'm not going to be old and tired. I'm ready to live and be different and thrive! Thank God for les brown. He ranks with TD Jakes my favorite of all time.!!!

I'm coming out from a 40 years marriage. my husband step out with another woman. it's hard to let go. I still love him, my heart is very heavy. we are still married. this just happen 3 months ago. my therapist told me that men go through midlife crisis. between the ages

(8/16/2021) I have never heard of Les Brown until yesterday as I was looking for a morning motivation to listen to. I am 56 years old, survived breast cancer at a young age and a single mother of a very young daughter at the time. I also have 2 different pre-existing conditions that has come up in the last 7 years. It's been a tough road for me health wise, but am thankful and grateful to God I am still here. I am also very guarded and hard to get to know. I need to break myself from this to change the narrative of my life, to be more confident, self-assured, and more open. I listened to two of Les Brown's morning motivations yesterday which lead me to continue listening to him everyday. He is the push I need, along with my therapy sessions.

That was awesome I woke up this morning and happened to stumble into this particular speech it hit home for I am already living the life that he talks about fortunately for me I've done this on my own and listened to God I live the fitness lifestyle fortunately I'm retired with a nice salary so I made a point when I retired to make a conscious effort to continue Fitness so I do have the time there's no excuse I like when he says stay away from tired negative people I've been doing that strongly for the last year 2 it works great Thank You Les Brown and I will continue to listen to you remember health is wealth God Bless you Les Brown😁💪👍

There so many formulas for ppl and we must find our spark plugs which can be music ,a mentor , a thought ,a lover, a passion ,belief or tragedy but we are here to exercise our potential .Under so much psychological warfare against a oppressed ppl can put your fire out , once we link in with who we are ,the motivation automatic , knowledge of self comes from rejecting what others told you that you are ,we must tap into the parables of old who left us wisdom and unchain ourselves from what mentally holds us ,spiritually imprisions us and forgive our selves

Motivational Blogz I think it gets lost in TH-cam land because there are several L. Brown videos on here that I view everyday but this is the first time I've heard this one.
Doubleshot98 Very well said man. I look back on the past few years of my viewings and I watched a lot of garbage that didn't really benefit me. Now there's nothing wrong with entertainment at all, but have to be careful with the intake of certain things. When I discovered what it is that I am truly passionate about, helping others, I happened to stumble upon motivational videos. Then Les Brown. since, I listen to him every morning. Before I workout. When I'm driving. And I put his words to action. Truly an inspiration this guy is and a help to many. Funny thing is, I'm pursuing public/motivational speaking myself. I'm sure Les has helped thousands. I want to do the same. Working to be able to do the same!

They want you to take the safe path, not realizing the damage it will do. This is because only you can see your vision. Not just conversations, but images. Images prompt thought, and at large we can't control the ones that pop into our head. If we think about these images the conversation follows and when its a image of hurt pain or loss, a negative conversation follows. Keep it good. Replace bad images with good ones. Its the only way to monitor the inner being. GET GENKI!
