    The current situation is quite unusual. Inflation is causing the value of the US dollar to decrease, yet it's gaining strength when compared to other currencies, as well as assets like gold and real estate. Many individuals are flocking to the dollar due to their perception of its safety. Personally, I have concerns about the potential devaluation of my retirement savings, which amount to approximately $420,000, due to the significant inflationary pressures.

      I suggest formulating a diversification strategy as constructing a strong financial portfolio has become more challenging post the onset of COVID. A coworker proposed the idea of enlisting the services of an advisor. I can personally attest to the success of this approach, having earned more than $120K with their guidance amidst the market turmoil. Recession is most likely the result of an external factor. For the first time in decades, the United States is losing its clout as a federal reserve currency. They don't have any more economies to use to control inflation, and less money is being spent on stock and oil trading than in the past. They all lend support to the idea that a new multilateral world order is in the works.

It's a zero-sum game, but keep this advice in mind: spend wisely, invest wisely, and diversify your holdings so that when one performs poorly, the others do as well. America is currently plagued by the hydra-headed evil duo of inflation and recession. The worst part about this recession is that consumers are racking up credit card debt. What we're seeing honestly is the REAL reason the U.S. is so obsessed with Ukraine. They figure that if they can somehow take back Crimea, completely block Russia in militarily/ports and collapse them, the dollar and American power hegemony will survive (as they feel that Russia is a critical piece to allowing any alternative to rise). If Russia wins now, and the world grows tired of America's aggressive efforts, it's over. Hence why the U.S. government is so fanatically sacrificing money, equipment and technology, risking brinksmanship in the process. In all likelihood either America or Russia will be destroyed as a power by this proxy war, in terms of influence and economically. And the way it looks at the moment, it will be America since the world is wary of the warmongering.

    Why is there a widespread desire to abandon the dollar? It is because when the Federal Reserve creates fiat money, it essentially takes away from the reserves of all countries holding dollars. Inflation not only affects consumers, but also anyone holding dollars. In essence, the dollar has enabled the systematic draining of wealth from nations without their awareness. Emitting fiat money is not necessarily harmful for countries as long as it is proportional to their GDP growth, since this means that they are capturing their own growth. However, the hegemon uses global GDP rather than national GDP for this purpose, which means it is stealing from the growth of other countries. Countries will only move away from the dollar if they are not concerned about facing sanctions or military retaliation. Thus, the anti-dollar trend is a consequence of poor governance and a decline in the hegemon's power.

    • @rya6701
      @rya6701 ปีที่แล้ว +14

      The argument being made is that the scheme was deemed satisfactory by most nations as long as the hegemon fulfilled its role in providing leadership, promoting order, serving common interests, and demonstrating philanthropy towards the weak.
      However, it is apparent that these conditions have not been met for quite some time due to poor governance, excessive self-centeredness, and instances of mistreatment.

People emphasize what China wants, but of course, Brazil wants out of using USD, as do many other nations. China will support settlements with the India Rupee. It's a very good move by some countries to transact trade in their own currencies & avoid US dollars. Once for all US's domination in world trade with their fiat currency of dollars needs to be challenged as it appears the exchange value of its intrinsic value is in serious doubt as the US Fed keeps on printing massive amounts of dollars to suit it's selfish interests & the real intrinsic value of dollar today is in serious doubt & hence it is in the best interests of the countries to arrive at appropriate exchange rates with its trading & in some cases even go for "Barter" system depending upon demand -supply of goods & services. As it is USA's debt to GDP ratio is more than 100 percent & among the highest in the world & that way also it is exporting inflationary value on it's dollars doing trade with other countries which is not favourable to its trading partners...

      Attention!!! Hell is real!!! Where will you go when you die??? If the rapture took place today, would you be left behind??? Jesus loves you and He died for your sins. Anyone who rejects Jesus Christ will not see the Kingdom of Heaven. Humble yourself to REPENT and put your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Mark 1:15 For the Kingdom of God is at hand, repent and believe in the gospel...

    China would do currency swap and won't replace dollar - reason of this is that it devalues it currency to make its goods cheap.
