Plenty of natural light is a must, and the oversized windows throughout the home are nice touches. ❤
Omg....you captured the essence of this house. I do not understand the complaints. Geesh, people will never just be happy. Turn off the sound if it bothers you. And, if you want the square footage or acreage - call him. It is called marketing for a reason.

Hi Michael, thanks for the view. The lot size depends on which community you would like to build this plan in and also which specific lot you choose. However, on average you can build the Artisan on a lot that is 75" or wider. Parten Ranch in dripping Springs, TX offers 75" wide lots and Travisso in Leander, TX offers 80' wide lots where you can build the Artisan.

This floor plan can be built within select communities throughout the Austin area. The model home shown in the video is located in Austin, TX, bordering Dripping Springs, TX.
What zip code?. I know 290 W very well. This arae on the boarder is in Travis County, like Pflugerviill is in Travis County too. So you mean Austin Hill Country,

Thanks for the viewership, I really appreciate it. As for the front door, it's a beautiful, large steel door with a lot of glass. You have the option to get glass that's frosted to still allow for natural light and have privacy.
