Hi there! In today's lesson I'm sharing with you a fun exercise for improving the quality of your shapes and edges in watercolor.
We'll do this by... Painting abstract shapes!
This is a little different from my usual approach, and I hope you find it helpful 😁🙏🏼

Thank you for sharing. Will try soon.
Love the route you have taken to make a point in this video. Abstracture is really a great topic to discuss, when you use it as a technique in all areas of crafting it really reveals a great deal about life in general, deconstruction and construction gains a whole other meaning. It's a fun way to philosophize about still life. In the end all shapes are just random shapes that we have perceived and put tags on them, so just spurting out shapes without thinking is just another study of objects and I find the practice much more insightful for my expression.
Very useful exercise, thanks! I agree, the second shape is very interesting to look at.
I’ll try this for sure. Thanks 👌🌈
I am always game for watercolor exercises. Thanks Liron! Your pieces are so beautiful. I would love to be able to paint like you do and to have your level of confidence. Just keeping at it.
