The building company responsible for this property is also being sued by multiple residents in a neighboring building due to shoddy construction. At this price point, you’re better buying oceanfront property that’s built to withstand a hurricane, in a quieter neighborhood outside the tourist scene. Go east of Diamond Head and live well with more space and privacy.
