100% Orange Juice vs regular Coca Cola - even if they have the same amount of sugar, one is ultra processed and the other is minimally processed, so orange juice is still the better of the two. They may result in the same glucose response, but nutritionally they are very different.
Hummmm Diet Coke vs orange juice …. Let’s go back to the amount of information (aspartame related) that hit the brain …and the kidney ! Thanks anyway for your work even if I am not in agreement with everything , I recognize the value of it !
Funny how the lady who cherry picks information, doesn't understand the concept of postprandial glucose response, calls fatty foods sugar (cookies, cakes, ice cream, chocolate, etc are up to 60% fat with added sugar), doesn't understand how insulin works and scares people into buying her untested supplements talks about corporations and money making. Glad you called her what she is, a business woman.
Blame Edward Bernays for corporate greed
